Pros: Excellent location, plus historical backgroud of the hotel had an added value.

A great place near the old town.

Pros: The location is great as it is just a 10 min walk from the castle area. There are some good Indian restaurants nearby. It's a great base to explore the city. It's quiet and comfortable.

Cons: I booked it because there is a policy of no noise after 11pm. Unfortunately, due to the flight delay of over 5.5 hours, we were too late for the first night and had to find alternative accommodation. They did offer to extend the check in time to 11pm instead of the usual 10pm, but that wasn't long enough.

Top location on a very good price.

Pros: Perfect location, very good price, clean rooms, very friendly staff, very quiet, safe with large parking.

Cons: The parking is paid extra.

Will stay again when visiting Krakow

Pros: Amazing location, low noise (may be due to visiting in September), closed safe territory, clean room, good breakfast. Insane value for money.

Cons: Perfectly expectable and reasonable things like lower incline roof/ceiling (I'm tall) and the city centre is tough to drive in (why would you do that?)

A little gem

Pros: Really peaceful hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The area and hotel felt very safe so good for solo travellers. I would happily recommend it to my 19yr old daughter. Great location, immaculately clean, lovely and relaxing after a busy day exploring.

Cons: The chimes of the church clock woke me a couple of times but it wasn't really a problem and I actually liked to hear them.

Pros: A very clean room with excellent services.... luggage storage, shared kitchen.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet, perfect base for exploring Krakow

Pros: Excellent location - between the old town and the Jewish quarter, both of which we could easily walk to. Also next to Wawel Castle and cathedral so that was very handy too. Very clean - rooms, bathrooms and public areas. There is a nice kitchen and table with chairs so you can self-cater if you like. We bought cereal and milk for breakfast and ate in the kitchen most days of our stay. You could also pay for breakfast but we preferred to save our money. Very quiet once you were inside the walls of the property (apart from church bells), and the street outside was quiet too.

Cons: You could hear church bells chiming the hour, and every quarter hour through the night. Much less audible with the window shut and fortunately it wasn't very hot while we were there so we kept the window closed overnight.

Pros: I love that there is access to coffee, fridge and a whole kitchen to prepare your own breakfast, if you want to
