Great location, perfect for a short stay in Krakow!

Pros: Spacious room, perfect for our weekend stay. Bathroom facilities were lovely and clean and the staff were very nice. Felt very safe staying here and would definitely recommend to others.

Pros: The rooms are clean and renovated, and there are the necessary commodities. The place outside is quiet and beautiful.

Good value for money

Pros: It is well situated, an easy walk into the centre. Nice cafe next door, convenient for breakfast at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean and value for money

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Clean. Excellent location. The room was big enough. A café with breakfast options on the ground floor.

Cons: There was a problem with the water in the shower. It would go from hot to cold for a period of 20-30 seconds. There was very hot in Krakow when we where there (33-34 degrees Celsius) so in the room was hot too. There was a fan but it was not enough. But maybe it happens not often in Krakow.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.Good value for money.

Cons: Old fashioned furniture,no air conditioning and no elevator.It's not suitable for older people or people with health issues.

Pros: The room was very nice and clean, with spacious bathroom and small kitchen corner, and balcony. It's located just a couple of minutes from the castle and 10 min from the old town. There's plenty lovely cafés and restaurants.

Cons: Everything met our expectations. The only thing that was missing was a couple of bowls to make cereal in the morning (other cutlery and utensils were there).

Next time I stay in Krakow, I will pick Indalo once again

Pros: Even though it says ‘the rooms’, at least mine had a private bathroom, so it felt more like a hotel with a human touch. The owner and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a special guest. The cafe downstairs offers nutritious breakfasts and proper coffee/matcha

Cons: It was a really hot day 30+, the fan tried its best, but the aircon could have done the job better. It was not that bad, so no minus from here

Very safe accomodation

Pros: Monika and her employees were very nice and accommodating. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at this accomodation and also in this neighborhood and highly recommend this for women travelers! I had everything I needed here and I was very pleased that I had a kitchen and could prepare my own meals. Also liked that I asked the cleaning lady not to go into my room (when I travel I would rather not have anyone coming into my room and if I need something I go ask) and she respected this. The place was clean, and the inside temperature was pleasing (they provide you with a fan that helped cool the temperature in the room) but I guess on very hot summer days with over 30degress you could feel some disconfort (I stayed on the last floor). So I reccomend this place especially to women that wanna feel and be safe!

Great stay for a city break

Pros: Clean, convenient and close to the old town. Nice cafe below serving tasty meals.

Pros: Everything about the place🙂 It's clean, colorful, happy. The food in the coffee shop downstairs is fresh and delicious. The coffee shop's toilet is the most fun ever🤣
