Comfortable stay for reasonable price

Pros: Absolutely amazing staff. Workers do as much as they can to make your stay as much comfortable as it can be. Good breakfast, especially scrambled eggs made by miss Kasia. :)

Cons: The doors to the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear noise from the corridor.

Pros: The staff, especially the 2 ladies were very kind and polite and helpful. The place was clean when we arrived and staff provided room swap last minute. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Lovely location.

Cons: Some information is confusing. Different breakfast times on the website, in the messages, on the wall in the actual building. No tea and coffee facility in the room.

Pleasant one night stay with the view on the lake.

Pros: Nice place on the lakeside. A little from the past century but having interesting vibe. Friendly and nice personel. Nothing to complain.

Cons: Room is hotel-like. Not very spacey. Just two beds and bathroom. Consider if you plan to stay longer.

Pros: Our family of 4 and a dog stayed in a chalet. It was situated really close to the lake.Nice and quiet surroundings. Clean and tidy accommodation.

Very nice a family friendly accommodation

Pros: Very nice place, newly built recreational area. Hotel is nice, the furniture and facilities are little bit old, but fully functional. There is a nice private sand beach, little snack bar... ideal place to stay with family where there is a lot to do with kids. Nice tasty breakfasts.

Cons: We stayed at a cottage, it was nice, just the mattresses were spended so it was like to lay on a board. For kids ok, but for an adult very uncomfortable. Kitchen was not equipped well, we had 4 spoons only and 1 pot and 3 plates. Not ready for self cooking holiday. But for us it was OK. During the breakfast there was not permanently any service person, so once there missed food, once there were no plates and we had to wait until someone came around. But at the end always helpfully solved and breakfasts were very tasty. And for a holiday timetable breakfast from 6am till 9am is little bit hard :-) but we managed it.

Pros: Mieliśmy przyjemność organizować w Roczek w tym miejscu i jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem. Obsługa była niezwykle pomocna, a jedzenie świeże i dopasowane do potrzeb najmłodszych gości. Przestrzeń była bezpieczna i komfortowa dla dzieci raczkujących, co jest kluczowe przy takich okazjach. Wszystko przebiegło bezstresowo i w świetnym stylu. Szczerze polecam!
