We were very pleased and would love to stay in the same apartment again if we will come to Krakow soon. Thank you…

Pros: The representative was very helpful, greeted and directed us right on time. The apartment's location was fantastic, it was very clean and everything was complete. The heating, hot water and comfort were as they should be.

Cons: Cleaning supplies should be stocked in spares. The soap was forgotten.

Nice stay, easy, affordable and an overall happy experience

Pros: Clean, Good Location, easily accessible, good facilities, easy check in

Cons: Downstairs is under construction so it may not look appealing however it definitely shouldn’t be the determining factor in staying here. Apart from that this place was comfortable and pretty good.
