Pros: Good location, nice and quiet. Very modern and good space compared to where I have stayed before. Smart TV was also good could sign in to Disney/netflix, never usually bothered as don’t spend much time in the room but having travelled with a 3 year old this was brilliant for on a night for him.

Overall a very good experience.

Pros: 1. Easy check-in/check-out and helpful personnel. 2. Reasonably comfortable beds. 3. Strong Wi-Fi signal. 4. 15 mins walking to the old town.

Cons: 1. The apartment was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. This was not communicated at any point prior to our arrival.

Pros: Very cozy. very well equipped considering the size of the apartment. Great location. Many stores and amenities around.

Cons: One of the upper windows curtains was broken so It could not be closed during the night, which implied plenty of light since early morning.

Pros: Everything! The team is very responsive. The place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It has everything I need and the place is very clean. One can totally sleep comfortably.

Great beautiful place

Pros: Apartment was located very close to the centre, we walk there everyday. There were a lot of delicious bakeries close by, which I recommend to check, the convenient store was also close. The place was nicely decorated, we loved the posters! It was clean and with modern design. In the bedroom there was a big closet for our stuff. Bathroom was nice and clean with big shower. There were big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and showel gel, there was 2set towel for each person. Heating worked fine, we had no issues with WiFi, all the appliances were OK. We had amazing 4 days stay, the neighbourhood was quiet it was very comfortable.

Cons: We didn't have any major issues but I'll write things that may help to improve the experience in the future. First of all we stay there as 4 girls, two of us on the bed and two on the couch, it was easy to assemble, but not the most comfortable. I think I would recommend this place rather for 1-3 people, since it's not that big for a longer stay. For the things that were available to use it would be nice to have tea and sugar (coffee, salt and pepper were already there), we noticed that the place could have extra set of utensils, we were missing soup dispenser by the sink and extra towel to wash hands. Now the things that cannot be changed, there's no elevator and the stairs are pretty narrow, so you will need to be careful with your luggage.

Lovely clean studio apartment near krakow old town

Pros: The host was very helpful from start to finish with questions, suggestions and arranging transport. The property was clean, well presented and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment had toiletries, towels and even slippers. 10/15 minute walk into krakow old town and plenty of shops around the apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay ❤️

Cons: The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues unfortunately

Great Place to Stay for Kraków Christmas Market

Pros: Great location, amazing communication with the host, very clean, tidy. Due to allergies I had to make my own food and all facilities were there.

Cons: We had issues with drainage in the shower. We tried to fix it ourselves. Host also were quick to send someone to rectify them.

Pros: I really liked the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was great, close to everything we needed, and the check-in process was easy. The staff also responded quickly and communication was smooth throughout our stay.

Very good price and quality ratio!

Pros: Clean and nice apartment to stay. Good lovation, just 15-20 minutes to walk to main square or train station/ Galleria shopping center. Good bedlinen and towels, complimentary shampoo, showergel amd conditioner and lifesaving kit with essentials like cottonpads and nailfile, even toothbrush and -paste. Very quick and good communication!
