Very OK place for a short stay

Pros: Clean, fresh, well equiped place close to the historical city centre, several minutes walk from public tansportation. Rather calm (yet sound insulation could be betteer), good sprred of internet.

Cons: The infamous lack of towel hooks in the bathroom (really, the host can just invest a couple of Zlotys here) TV is merely in Polish (well, but you did not go to Krakow to watch TV, did you?) The room in the semi-cellar, so no window view (unless you enjoy bumber of a car, parked in a meter of a tiny window) The external door code did not worked (the code from internal safe worked tough)

It was a lovely stay…I was able to relax and still work.

Pros: It’s had the basic amenities I needed for the short stay, and it was very comfortable.

Cons: This is not something I didn’t like about the property but it disrupted my sleep. Since the apartment I got was in the basement when people were trying to park their cars or drive out the headlights shined through the room.

Pros: The place was very clean. It is very well placed in the city. The quality/price is great.

Pros: The apartment is very cosy, spacious enough. Everything you need is provided, the kitchen is fully equipped. Generally, it looks nice and is comfortable.

Cons: The staff was too loud cleaning the other apartments in the morning.

I would definitely stay again.

Pros: A perfectly comfortable and easy experience. Very happy with the room and location. No noise. Staff were quick to respond and resolve minor issues. The bed was super comfortable, the room warm and I had everything I needed for a few days. Only thing I wish it had was black-out shades on the window. I'm a light sleeper. When the sun rose, I woke up with the light - I couldn't enjoy the comfy bed for too long in the morning, unfortunately!

Almost perfect

Pros: The location was excellent. Close to the main square but far enough away to provide a pleasant 5 min walk into town and explore a little! The room was clean and modern. The exposed brick ceiling decor was a nice feature. Entry is via keybox, which made check-in/out very easy. There appear to be around 5 apartments in the -1/basement floor all with the same landlord and l particularly liked that the apartments appear on Google, Uber, tour company websites etc so it's easy to get transport arranged when needed directly to the door.

Cons: We had no Internet for our 5 day stay. We made the owner aware, but despite coming to check it while we were out, they were unable to rectify. This was extremely disappointing as it meant we could not access the tv or any English channels / programmes also. The only other issue was the response time to queries... Sometimes, it took 24 hours to get an answer and we had to chase for a response. There is also no luggage storage, so nowhere to leave bags when you have a late flight, unfortunately.

Pros: Ideal location to centre. About 5min walk to get into square. Nice little apartment for all your needs.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: Loved this basement apartment especially the red brick curved ceiling. Everything I needed was supplied. Entry was by key code supplied by email. Quiet residential area about 8-12 minute walk from the main square.

Pros: Loved the interior and size of the apartment. Great shower and it was handy to have a fridge.

Cons: My on criticism is that there is no air conditioning, just a fan.

Pros: Small but very comfortable apartment. It has everything what you need to stay for short or long time. Also the apartment based in quiet area but at the same time close to city centre.
