City Point Apartment Old Jewish Quarter

Pros: Everything was really great, location is perfect, right in downtown. The room was spacious for two people, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was in a top shape and clean. A welcome bonus is the parking space in an underground garage space so we didn't have to worry about where to park. I would recommend this place to stay anytime for anyone visiting in Kraków.

Cons: One detail which we didn't like was that even though it was a room where the no smoke sign was visible, there was an obvious sign (smell) of smoking, which we couldn't get rid of in the 2-3 days we were staying there. It didn't totally disturb us when we were staying in but when we arrived from outside, you could clearly still smell smoke.

Great location and very cozy and convenient facilities.

Pros: The apartment is perfect. It has everything you may need for a short stay and the location in Kazimierz but at walking distance from Podgorze and the old town. The bed is awesomely comfy.

Cons: The remote of the TV does not work very well. Apart from that, everything was great.

Overall, a good stay in a lovely neighborhood with a few areas for improvement

Pros: I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a pleasant experience. The place was clean, well-equipped, and included keyless access and parking, which added a lot of convenience. Just a heads-up: there are no physical keys for the parking -the receptionist will open the gate for you when needed.

Cons: On the downside, some of the furniture, chairs, and curtains could use a refresh, as they’re starting to show signs of wear. The biggest surprise, however, was the early check-out time of 10:00 AM. For a place that otherwise encourages relaxation, this felt a bit rushed and added unnecessary pressure on the last morning.

Modern convenient apartment

Pros: Modern, clean apartment Free underground parking ( for small cars)

Cons: No parking garage remote to be found in apartment, despite instructions stating there would be a remote. Security guard on duty at reception had to open the garage door. Some cupboard doors in kitchen and bathroom had broken hinges.

Pros: The location was great, bed comfortable, apartment well equipped. Good communication with the owner, could use the parking after leaving the apartment.

Cons: Shower and kitchen table quite shabby.

Central cozy apartment

Pros: The apartment is located in a recently renovated building with a 24h concierge service. Large spaces, it was equipped with every comfort. Very close to Wawel castle (10 minutes walking), and 2 mins walking from the tram stop. We arrived by car and it was very easy to reach the private parking. The only pity was the very hot weather and no air conditioning inside, but the apartment was equipped with 2 fans, which helped us a lot. Very much recommend!

Great base to explore Krakow!

Pros: Beautiful apartment in an excellent location in Kazimierz, perfect for our stay in Krakow. The apartment building is very modern, and we really appreciated the free parking provided in the building. The room was large and very clean, with a nice rain shower. There were two fans provided which we were super happy with in the summer heat! The location was excellent, walking distance to the city center, but also so many great restaurants and places to explore in our neighborhood! We loved staying in this apartment and would definitely stay again here when in Krakow.

Cons: Overall we had an excellent stay! When we first arrived we had some technical issues with the wifi but we had quick contact with owner and it was fixed very soon after we arrived. The owner is very fast with an queries and we really appreciated that!

Pros: Good location and easy to find. Next to loads of restaurants and shops. 15 minutes walk to old town, 2 minutes walk to tram stop and 20 minutes walk to train station. You can get a direct train to the airport from the station, or get a taxi. Direct train to the salt mines (takes 30 minutes). Has all essentials you need.

Great stay

Pros: The location was great and the apartment clean, neat and comfortable with everything we needed.

Pros: Great location, easy to reach, available parking, everything necessary in the room. Sucure building with a guard at the entrance. The only thing which I hoped for and which was missing - washing machine. It would be a good bonus)
