Lovely city

Pros: Lovely apartment in a secure building, great shower, plenty of room. Bed was ok. Location was great

Cons: Only 1 pillow each and no more left anywhere which affected our sleep. We could not seem to get the AC to blow anything but hot and was quite noisy so we just left it off. The apartment was not cleaned in the 6 days we were there which is fine but extra towels would have been better in this case.

Pros: The location is great, so you can go to the old town by walking within 15mins. Free parking is a plus in this area.

Cons: There will be great if there is the kitchen paper towel and the coffee maker. We hope to get the remote controller from the security station to avoid the parking and waiting on the street.

Nice and spacious apartment with parking opportunity

Pros: Nice and spacious apartment near the historical centre. The Wawel and Rynek is within walking distance. For those coming by car a great advantage is the indoor garage. Communication through Booking messages was fast, they solved the one problem we had immediately.

Cons: They could improve on kitchen utensils: there is 4 of everything, so the dishwasher is a little pointless. Also if you choose a quick wahsing-up by hand, there is no drainer to put the dripping plates on, not even a kitchen cloth to wipe dry.

Pros: The apartment was spotless and well presented. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. The location is fantastic with shops and restaurants very nearby. We will definitely be booking this apartment again. Rate 6 out of 5 stars.

Cons: Only suggestions would be a Toaster and to have space to walk around the end of the bed. Please note these are suggestions, not a complaint. Otherwise, the apartment is great.

It’s somewhat nice, but they need to find a solution for the bed.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to the city center, a supermarket, and a restaurant. It also has a private parking space, and the check-in process is very easy.

Cons: The bed is attached to the wall, which makes movement very difficult and uncomfortable during sleep.
