Fantastic

Pros: Big and brilliantly located. 24 hour security (not that you need it). Hosts were amazing one the best accommodations we have rented.

Cons: Just a few more pillions on the beds nothing serious. Brilliant place

Pros: The location was perfect! The apartment was just right for our family .. we had 5 adults staying and the facilities were outstanding!

Cons: It would be good to have a mop at the apartment so that we could keep the floors clean. And maybe a tea towel for the kitchen area. Other than that it was fabulous 😊

High standard accommodation in great location.

Perfectly located, clean and well serviced apartment near the centre of Krakow

Pros: It was located a short walk from the centre, was clean and organised. The penthouse itself was well equipped and perfect for a small group or family.

Wonderful stay with professional and friendly Service

Pros: We (four friends) spent three nights in the apartment. The apartment offers everything described and is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped (we only prepared breakfast). There’s an electric espresso maker and even coffee and sugar. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are lovely. Everything was clean. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day (which was great for us, as we arrived just before midnight), and although the receptionists don’t speak English (which we had been informed of beforehand), they are very friendly and helpful. While it’s not directly related to the apartment, we would still like to mention the excellent organization of our excursions to Wieliczka and Auschwitz/Birkenau. They are highly recommended. We have rarely experienced such professional service, punctuality, and friendliness as we did on these trips. Should we return to Krakow, we would gladly book here again.

Lovely stay in krakow

Pros: It was easy check in, we were able to leave our bags when we checked out. It had a dishwasher and coffee facilities. Lots of space The best Mexican next door 2 minutes from the tram stop 15 minute walk to the old town square

Cons: The curtains let light in and the blind didn’t close properly so it was very bright in a morning.

Superb appartment

Pros: Spacious, good quality furnishings, well equiped, an all round lovely appartment.

Pros: It was very clean comfortable and a brilliant location

The very clean apartment was in a great position, close to all amenities and tourist attractions.

Pros: Keys were with the consierge in the foyer. Very easy to collect and we were able to leave our suitcases until the apartment become available and also on the day of departure.

Cons: Only one bath towel each. No hand towels. Also only one pillow for each person which was quite flat. Also not enough seating downstairs for four persons. We had to move an upstairs chair downstairs so we could all sit comfortably.

Pros: Clean, loads of storage space, fab views, central location to everywhere.
