Would book again without hesitation mid week)

Pros: Gorgeous apartment. Fab location, super toasty warm. Perfect as a family of 4. The second room was two singles pushed together so it was easy to separate for our children. Plenty of towels, water tea etc in the room. Even dishwasher tablets provided, glorious underfloor heating. We loved the cosy picture window with plenty of room to drink tea and watch the works go by.

Cons: The road noise travelled up in the night. Noisy drinkers, not traffic. The apartment provided earplugs as standard which was very helpful. We stayed mid week but learned they was a very busy nightclub 2 doors down that would be lots until the early hours. We saw it as we left on Friday. I think this would have spoiled it for us.

Lovely apartment in the beautiful city of Krakow.

Pros: Lovely room with a view of the main square. The room had everything required for a short city break. Staff on hand should you require any advice or assistance. Communication post booking was exceptional and very easy to access apartments. Very secure and safe environment.

Cons: Nightlife noise can be heard if you are sensitive to this. Stopped around midnight so did not cause us any issues. You are provided with complimentary earplugs so establishment has clearly listened to its customers.

Pros: Fantastic location & gorgeous views of the square. Pretty but small living area.

Cons: Difficult to get taxi if you have lots of luggage - need to walk up to next street with luggage (we had suitcases & ski bags).

Pros: Location and view both wonderful. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: Floor very squeaky making it tricky to move about in the night without waking others. Toilet paper short supply for 4 occupants.

Pros: Had a fabulous time here the room was beautiful The bed was very comfy the view from the window was amazing could people watch for hours and would definitely stay again xxx

Beautiful apartment and staff communication was exceptional

Pros: So clean and had everything that we could need. Lots of space, great location, safe. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds. Staff were so helpful and really best service/communication I have ever had. They were great in linking in with me to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like with this apartment. So this is just information that might be useful for others to know. Because it is so central, there is a bit of noise late night from a venue that was near to our apartment. There were earplugs supplied, but we didn’t need them and were able to sleep regardless. The apartment has amazing balconies/seats & tables from the bedrooms. The doors to this in both bedrooms lock from inside by the handle, not with a key. So if you have young children, you have be careful they don’t see how it can be opened!
