Prestigious Main Square Apartment

Highly recommend this place, just not the staff.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean, and comfortable. In a very secure location, you always feel safe. The bathroom was of high quality and standard, and the heating got hot very quickly, so you're never cold. Amazing Central location.

Cons: The staff aren't very comodating, rude and a very nonchalant attitude. Very poor communication. I reported the fridge had stopped working and that the food we'd brought had been spoiled because of this, and also reported we had to boil the kettle and use the toaster plugged in on the hallway floor due to the electrics in the kitchen not working, their response to this was just simply is the heating working? No apologies, no reassurance in it being checked and fixed. They just simply didn't care. When we were leaving to check out, the cleaner arrived. Spoke perfect english asking how our holiday was. Then, out of nowhere, she started shouting at me and my daughter aggressively in her own native language. I told her we didn't know what she was shouting about, and her reply was I don't speak English. She held out her, demanding the keys, which we'd left in the lock safe. This place is lovely and in such an amazing location, it's just a shame the staff let it down.

Pros: The location was great and the apartment was beautiful and so clean. Definitely would recommend.

Pros: The apartment was located in a great location central to everything and short walk to other attractions

Cons: The only down side to this apartment was the pillows while sleep they where very flat and there was no extra pillows or blanket it wasn't overly cold when we stayed but if it had of been colder we would have needed extra bedding

Pros: Apartment was a short walk from the main square which was a really convenient location. Apartment was a studio apartment but was big enough for 2 people.

Cons: It was quite awkward to find when we arrived. as it was down a lane. We had to call the property owner to get assistance. The entrance is at Cruising Krakow and you go right through as far as you can go, there is a bike rental shop there and the entrance to the apartments is round to the right of that.

Pros: Vicinity to main square is excellent. Very handy for shops and restaurants. The apartment has been refreshed so looks very different (better) than website photos.

Cons: Other tenants or guests in building slam the entry door multiple times day and night. It's extremely loud. Was a bit tricky to find but once we got detailed instructions from owner it was easy enough. Couldn't find the clothes airer to dry our washing??
