If these things are improved, we would definitely visit again.

Pros: The rooms were very pleasantly warm, and the sauna was excellent. The apartment was very beautiful and the location was great. It was also very nice that tea, coffee, salt, sugar, and dishwasher capsules were provided.

Cons: We stayed in this apartment for 3 days, and a few things would have made the stay even better: \t•\tBaking paper (essential when cooking in the oven) \t•\tOne laundry capsule per day for washing clothes \t•\tA mop or brush for cleaning the floors, especially since there is a sauna and it would be nice to dry the floors afterward The most unpleasant part of our stay was the quality of sleep, because the bed was very sunken. Sleeping on it was very uncomfortable, and our bodies were sore every morning.

Pros: Size , location, comfy beds , great storage space, secure- 24hr security. Tea and coffee facilities. Park view

Great apartment

Pros: Very spacious, modern and cleaned to a high standard! A short 5/6 minute walk from the centre of Krakow and very easy to locate and access.

Cons: The apartment is in a shared building with other companies/tenants. This was not a problem for this trip as I was with somebody but if I was on my own, I’d feel a bit uneasy.

Amazing apartment perfect experience

Pros: The apartment was amazing much bigger than we anticipated the photos don't do it justice. Getting in was easy and felt very safe. The sauna was an amazing bonus to our stay and the location was perfect very quiet but close to the centre.

Pros: Brilliant location. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Cons: Some apartment security not so friendly/helpful.

Pros: It was warm when we arrived, incredibly clean and very easy instructions to enter.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, many messages before and during checking we were OK and if we needed anything. The location was brilliant, a stones throw from the main square. Would definitely stay again

Pros: Loved the appartment very spacious but the best feature was the sauna!!!

Cons: Would have been nice to have a small milk in the fridge for coffee and washing powder for the washing machine ☺️

Excellent 👌 very quiet building

Pros: Very clean and lovely flat ! Cozy and warm. Easy to access and kitchen fully equipped. Highly recommended and definitely we would be back here .

Cons: No washing machine pods

Pros: Everything was perfect about this apartment. Main thing we really appreciated was how cosy and warm it was both day and night given the outside temperatures were so low when we were there.

Cons: Nothing to report here!
