Perfect apartment/location and host

Pros: Apartments amazing great location clean comfortable modern rooms nice lighting with LED lights coffee machine with coffee pods! Host very responsive and lovely! 100% recommend! Will stay here for my next visit!!

A really great, easy stay in a beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment is very functional, things from lights all over the apartment and charging points really work well. Beds were comfortable and the space very clean! They had lots of crockery/utensils, gave us lots of towels- the amenities were plenty. Everything was great including Ana as a host who was very responsive. We also got to store our luggage all day on the day of departure. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The mezzanine is very low- can’t stand up at all and the stairs needed another hand rail on the outside as dangerous for younger kids. It would be great to have other channels other than Polish ones, TV was difficult to work out. Netflix, YouTube or Amazon could be great option for international guests. A guide with basic info such as times of a few local shop/restuarant opening hours, how to use the TV and a map of the local area would be super helpful along with milk and butter for those who arrive late. But these are small things and they could definitely charge more.

Excellent central location in Krakow, clean and reasonably priced place

Pros: Excellent location in the city to walk around with no transport needed. Clean place located on the ground floor with a good old hidden backyard you can use quietly. High ceiling, old-school beautiful building.

Cons: The place may get loud at night: you will hear passer-bys talking, or the humming of the radiator in the room if it’s winter. Nothing of a deal-breaker. The place is good and well equipped. A lock in the toilet will do. A bit dark in winter in the living room - but it’s a feature of the building itself.

Pros: We were very happy with the apartment, the host was responsive and helpful. Very good location ,central to main amenities,shops and good transportation links.

Cons: The only small downside was that the heating was managed by the host. It is not the most convenient having to contact the host to adjust the heating late hour of the night.

Fab apartment!

Pros: The apartment was so lovely - very modern and very clean! In a great location, only a short walk to Main Square. Anna was a wonderful host and always responded quickly to any questions. We were also able to store our luggage until our flight home which was very much appreciated!

Definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

Pros: Size, layout, quirkiness, it was quiet on a nighttime yet felt very safe.

Cons: The door lock/keyfobs. I got really confused where to put the keyfobs to get in the apartment and for frustrated on the first day or two but Anna helped and once I got the hang of it, it was no issue. The hearing in the main room, it was on a locked setting so couldn’t turn the heating up. Bedroom was toasty but the living are was cold from waking and in the afternoon/early evening. But we stayed in the bedroom when we were in the apartment which was so comfortable
