Pros: Decent apartment, in my preferred location. Good communication throughout, and prompt/efficient response to minor issues raised during the stay.

Pros: The apartment was in the middle of the center. Next to a train station. The apartment was clean and the host was available to answer questions. The kitchen had some cooking stuff to prepare a simple meal (like breakfast).

A good option close to the city centre.

Pros: A cosy apartment close to the city centre. It was nice and clean. Good access to the public transport. 3 supermarkets nearby. Friendly owner. Bed a bit basic, but comfy enough. Kitchen cupboards were a bit tired round the edges but fully functional. Good price.

Cons: The curtains although of a blackout type, were too short and too narrow. Light from the street was lighting up the room at night and was making falling asleep difficult.

Pros: Great location. The old town is very close. The aprtment is as described. Paper towels are available (not very often in other places).

Cons: The entrance into the building is not very good (but do not be afraid the apartment itself is ok).

Couldn’t fault it

Pros: Really central to old town square and had convenience stores, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped, really clean and nice and cool. Check-in instructions were easy to follow and the building was nice and quiet. Excellent value for money

Cons: The shower gel left out for us seemed to be one left behind by someone else (wasn’t a problem at all and we were grateful to have it!) so I’m not sure if it’s provided or not

Pros: Very clean, hygienic and comfy the facilities were very handy, everything you need, fridge, cooker and microwave but only one downfall no toaster but overall very happy.

Cons: When I booked the property it was described as having 1 double bed and 1 king size double bed but when I arrived there was only 1 king size double bed so yes very disappointing there.

Pros: Close to everything, nice apartament. Building Didn’t look so good from the outside but inside it was very nice and modern style . Many places to eat nearby , supermarket and even barber shops in front of the room . Will stay here again . Communication was very good

Nice Kraków stay

Pros: Good location, 10 minutes walk to Stary Rynek and Kazimierz. The property was bigger than expected, clean and well equipped. Quiet location.

Cons: Could have had a sofa maybe? And the pillows were too soft.

Amaxing stay!!!

Pros: Large furnished apartment, comfortable bed, plenty of heating to keep you warm, nice bathroom, and the place was very central. This really was a great find - I would stay here again! Great value for money!!

Cons: Nothing at all!
