Golden Merchant Main Square

Pros: Apartment was in a great location from the old town. All your amenities such as towels toilet rolls etc were all provided and the apartment was spacious. Staff were very communicative over messages and all check in details were sent across making it easy for us to access the property

Pros: The apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay, and every detail was thoughtfully considered, which impressed us. We really liked the interior, it was cozy. The terrace was nice. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The location is excellent - peaceful and quiet, very close to the Old Town. If we come to Krakow again, we will definitely book here once more!

Centrally apartment

Pros: Great central location, within walking distance to the main square. The apartment is modern, clean, easy to find and access.

Cons: However, check-in is only allowed starting from 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM – that's a 6-hour gap, which feels a bit excessive for cleaning a small apartment. For this reason, I believe at least one night of the stay should be priced 25% lower, since you’re actually “renting” 6 hours less out of 24. One of the house rules says you have to take out your own trash — fair enough — but they don’t tell you where. There is no designated area near the building, so you might end up walking around town with your garbage.

Pros: The location was perfect! Close to the old town and to a train station. Supermarket and places to eat nearby.

Cons: The bed was creaking and the mattress needs to be replaced. There was only one chair at the table and only one night table although the apartment is for two. One towel in the bathroom was dirty. There is a smell of humidity entering the building. Otherwise the apartment is high ceiling, clean and tidy!

Fantastic

Pros: The location was excellent walking distance from all the main areas. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and the kitchenette had everything you needed

Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable when as a bed the cushions parted in the middle. More information in the apartment of where the bins are located to empty the smaller bins in the kitchen. Local information as to local shops, station, bars etc

Pros: Loved the location, the apartment was spotlessly clean, all facilities present.
