Modern, cozy flat next to the city centre.

Pros: Modern flat, every needed utility is provided, location is great - quite close to the centre of Krakow.

Cons: There was little space in the two single bed room, also did not like the slidable mirror doors.

Pros: Great location, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, secure parking.

Cons: Just a couple of small things could have made it an even more comfortable stay. - a shelf for toiletries in the shower cubicle - some hooks to hang the towels - some coat hangers in the wardrobe - there were also only 4 mugs available for 6 guests

Pros: Great location and good facilities. Felt safe and secure. The reception was always manned and staff were friendly.

Cons: More power points would have been good. Other than that very good,

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near city centre

Pros: Great location, well finished property with local shops and only 5-10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Apartment block was well finished and the area was quiet.

Pros: everything was clean. Good location. New building . There was a tea and capsule coffee machine. Dishwasher. Towels.

Cons: Bed was broken.

Great price/quality appartment

Pros: The location was great: it was a 5 mins walk to the city center and the appartment (complex) was very nice. In addition to that appartment itself was really good, especially for the price.

Cons: We did not receive the required code(s) for the doors in time, so I had to chase this myself. I did receive it within a few mins after calling, so that was great. We also had only 1 pair of towels for 4 days, you have pay extra for new ones. And the refrigerator was falling apart a bit.

Pros: Location is good - near the river and close to Wawel and Old Town. If you want to go for a run or walk, there is a very nice route along the river.

Cons: Parking is very expensive and there is not much alternative parking on the street. Access to the building by car is very difficult. The apartment is at -1 floor. so it has very small windows in bedrooms and no windows in living room. To stay overnight is ok. But to spend longer time in this apartment is a little bit depressing with no day light at all.

Pros: The size, modern, clean and availability of the apartments.

Comfortable apartment for 2 and well situated.

Pros: Well situated within reasonable walking distance of both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Studio apartment was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Felt like a safe area in which to stay. I particularly liked the presence of a manned reception desk.

Cons: Minor things such as no hooks in the bathroom for wet towels - they had to be draped over dining chairs. There were no bedside lights, only bright ceiling lights. The apartment is a semi-basement and only has small windows at the top of the bedroom walls, but as we were only in the apartment to wash and sleep, this was not an issue.
