Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, parking można znaleźć na ulicy, ale trzeba mieć trochę szczęścia. Dobre wyposażenie, gary, czajnik, ekspres na kapsułki, pralka, TV z popularnymi aplikacjami. Na piętrze druga łazienka.

Cons: Schody trochę wąskie i mało bezpieczne, woda pod prysznicem jest zimna, albo bardzo gorąca. Naprzeciwko szpital i słychać wyjeżdżające karetki kilka razy w ciągu nocy.
