Pros: It was a brilliant location bed was very comfortable the place was very clean would recommend it highly

Cons: The only thing was we found it hard to find the actually place but Daniel was very helpful

Pros: The location was great — close to everything I needed, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. Collecting the keys on arrival was very easy and well-organized. The only small downside was that in the photos I saw a room with a view, but mine faced the inner courtyard instead. Apart from that, everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay!

Good location, few small changes would make it a great place to stay

Pros: Good location - supermarket, bakery and restaurants / cafes within 5 min walk and 15/20 min walk to main square. Easy check in and key collection. Apartment was clean and warm Great to have a washing machine and laundry rack Bigger than expected

Cons: There was no shower enclosure or curtain so either had to have a bath or risk water going everywhere. There were no curtains or blinds on the large skylight or other windows - luckily we had eye masks!

Pros: Great location for Stare Miasto and football. Lovely flat. Easy directions. Couldn't fault it.

Pros: Location was perfect. Apartment was fully equipped albeit a little small but perfect for family of 3.

Cons: TV had no English channels. Wifi instructions weren't clear. There was no binder in apartment.

Loved my stay, shame it wasn't longer!

Pros: Booking itself went well although initial confusion as to where to collect the keys. The instructions regarding keys/door codes were very clear and was easy to access the building/apartment. The location was excellent, in the Old Town in Krakow, central without being noisy and less than 10 minute walk to the main train station/modern shopping centre. The apartment was really clean, impressive given the short turn around to me booking and accessing. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Perhaps some clearer instructions in the property as to how to access the Wifi but otherwise I was very happy with my booking.

Pros: The apartment was ideally located just a short walk from transport links and places of interest.

Cons: The host booked us a taxi to return to the airport that did not show.
