Great comfortable apartment right in the city centre

Pros: Great comfortable and quiet apartment that’s just a short walk from the centre of the city. Lots of shops, bars and so on near by, also very close to a tram stop. The apartment was very clean with a very comfortable bed.

Fabulous studio apartment in a central location.

Pros: Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated bedsit. All amenities - hot water, shower, washing machine, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine with pods, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Accommodation is centrally located, approximately 5 minutes walk from main square but situated on a quiet street. Very secure and felt very safe. Communication with host was excellent, helpful, informative and prompt. Highly recommend - it certainly added to our trip.

Cons: Nothing, zero faults.

Pros: The apartment was great, clean, perfect location highly recommend :)

Cons: I wish we didn’t take the breakfast option. We didn’t want the breakfast to be delivered to the apartment but to enjoy the city and have the breakfast outside. The cafe itself was cute but because it was run but students who CBA it was not enjoyable to eat in there. Unprofessional service, maybe need extra staff and clearly couldn’t handle volume even though it wasn’t particularly busy. One waitress was purposely ignoring customers as she didn’t feel like taking orders… waited around 30-35 minutes for scrambled eggs, salter didn’t have salt in it, table was sticky and had to chase someone to wipe it down. If not the fact that we had paid for this breakfast I wouldn’t have go eat there.

Pros: Amazing apartments, everything you need for a short stay if planning on going self-catering, location is perfect.

Cons: Couldn’t figure out the heating, showers aren’t as hot as I’d like but plenty powerful

Pros: The location was roughly a 5 minute walk away from the main square. Great location! The apartment itself was immaculate. If we return to krakow we’ll be staying here again

Fabulous apartment, great location and excellent value for money. You will no be disappointed.

Pros: Lovely apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Within 10 min walking distance of the main square. Staff were very accommodation in slm requests. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable. We will e babk for another visit. Excellent value for money.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like, we loved our stay here.

Pros: Great location, very close to the centre of the old town, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Staff extremely helpful and organised a tour on our behalf. Held onto our luggage before apartment was ready and again after we booked out. Tea & coffee (instant, filtered & pod options) there for our use. Option of having breakfast delivered to our room each morning.

Cons: Bed was very low to the ground and pillows were flat. Maybe a few more pillows wud be nice
