Pros: Its close proximity to the main square. Apartment was lovely and clean. Any messages sent were answered promptly by the owners.

Cons: The stairs especially on arrival having to carry suitcases up to the 4th floor. The pillows on the beds are not very comfortable but that’s a minor concern.

We loved the apartment and Krakow. We would definately book again.

Cons: The 6 flights of stairs were difficult for my elderly mother at the end of busy days - I hadn’t noticed this when I booked.

A lovely appartment, with a few small changes it could be an amazing appartment. Stay there!

Pros: Easy to find and access. We were able to check in early as well. The space was very new, impeccably clean. Furnished with modern furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for 6 people. Quiet area and no noise from other apartments. I would recommend this apartment.

Cons: Two of the bedrooms do not have aircon, they got really hot and made it difficult to sleep. The main living area had aircon, but not useful when you have to close the bedroom doors! The master bedroom has aircon which made it a little unfair on the others! There is only one mirror in the whole apartment, which is in the en-suite bathroom. This meant all the ladies who wanted to do their hair and makeup had to come through the bedroom! You cannot just use the sauna when you want to. You have to pre-arrange a time with the owner to come and turn it on. This is not practical when you're exploring a city and don't know when you will be home. We ended up not using it.

Pros: The apartment has been equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The host was lovely. The location is fabulous. We absolutely loved the salt cave.

Cons: We did encounter some problems and notice some things that could be put right for future guests. We booked the accommodation as three friends travelling but bed 3 hadn't been made up. On contacting the host this was quickly corrected. There was no info folder in the apartment and so we had to ask the host a lot of questions - it would be helpful for future guests to have a list of useful numbers and info on how to use the salt cave, electric blinds, washing machine, PS4, sauna, coffee machine etc, aa well as places to visit? Apart from the sky lights onto a sloped 4th floor roof the windows were locked shut. There were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blanket or escape route. This made us feel very unsafe, especially as there are clearly smokers in the building. We were only told at the airport via a message from the host that the apartment was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Had anyone in the party had significant accessibility issues this would have been a major problem. I feel that this key info should be very much clearer in the listing. The bedrooms would benefit from a mirror for hair/makeup. The only mirrors were in the bathroom. I am aware that the apartment is very new and so I really hope that these comments are helpful as a few tweaks and this place could be 5 stars and 10 out of 10 😀

Pros: Instalaciones y equipamiento excepcionales. Magnífica situación. El único pero, no achacable al propietario, es que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, aunque una vez en el apartamento, deja de importarte esa carencia.

Apartamento nuevo con detalles que marcan la diferencia

Pros: Mi estancia en este apartamento fue excelente. Todo está completamente nuevo, muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Se notan los pequeños detalles pensados para hacer la estancia más cómoda, algo que se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable y al que me encantaría volver

Pros: Excellent location, we loved the salt cave in the apartment, it was very clean, espresso machine was a nice touch.

Cons: The two smaller bedrooms got a little stuffy with closed doors since the AC unit is located in the living room.
