Pobyt, rewelka!

Pros: Uśmiechnięty i życzliwy personel :) Czyste, ekskluzywne pokoje, jedzonko pychotka :) basen, sauny, masaże - coś pięknego! Polecam z całego serca! Na pewno tu wrócimy :)

Promocja nie dla wszystkich

Pros: Generalnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, aczkolwiek pozostaje pewien niesmak związany z nieprzekazywaniem kompletnych informacji dotyczących aktualnych promocji.

Cons: Nie poinformowano mnie o możliwości skorzystania z bezpłatnego karnetu na wyciągi narciarskie podczas pobytu, pomimo obowiązywania promocji w terminie wyjazdu. Brak możliwości skorzystania z bezpłatnego karnetu w innym terminie. Podobna sytuacja spotkała znajomych podróżujących w tym samym terminie. Natomiast znajomi, którzy rezerwowali pokoje bezpośrednio w recepcji obiektu Czarny Groń od razu podczas wydawania kluczy do pokojów otrzymali bezpłatne karnety. Może nie warto rezerwować przez Booking 😕
