Pros: The location of the hotel, convenient and close to the city centre

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there few times already and this dosnt changed. Great breakfast a lot to choose from. Possibly to make coffee/thee in the room.

Pros: The location is fantastic,right between old town and castle Rabsztyn. the personnel is extremely polite & helpful, the room was clean and nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, long for tall people, The interior of the rooms are exactly like in the hotel leaflet The hotel is very dog friendly, additional accessories were nice in the bath, ,The Breakfast was delicious ,fresh with a large variety of dishes. Lots of power sockets what is not that common. really big perking for cars. in the night it's vvery quiet> good sleep.long breakfast hours 3hours no need to rush you can enjoy, food made on place

Cons: there was an event on the first day of the stay, while i was informed there was no room on the floors I reserved(ground or first), away from the conference room. so in the evening when we arrived for a moment it was loud, but the even tended on time, so the sleep was good. the next day there were more events but in different time and different part of the building. The additional pay for the best companion (dog) was hefty 1/6 ofthecost of a double room for 2 people. the room(mine) lacked a refrigerator. Also a handrail under shower would be useful and safe.

Pros: Placement in the city. Possibility to organize big events such as weddings and other parties. Great food from the restaurant in the basement, along with what they serve on the events. Great beds, all clean, rooms on the second floor were big enough to make my dog feel at home and calm. The staff was nice. Extending the stay day by day was no problem.

Cons: Walls thin enough to hear snoring and conversations next door. Some may have trouble sleeping when there is an event in one of the halls due to the noise. No problem for heavy deep sleepers.

Pros: Hotel Victoria to prawdziwa perełka między Krakowem a Katowicami. Mam tam ogromny sentyment - miałem tam wesele, chrzciny córki, wesele szwagierki oraz wiele innych rodzinnych imprez. Nie ma bardziej pro rodzinnego pro ludzkiego personelu. Przyjeżdżasz raz - przyjeżdżasz stale.

Pros: Wszystko zgodnie z oczekiwaniami, czysto i wygodnie, miły personel, smaczne śniadania

Warty odwiedzin

Pros: Zacznę od ogółu do szczegółu. Miasto Olkusz ciekawe i dostępne. Aktualnie w trakcie rozbudowy trasy (uciążliwe ale konieczne) Hotel Victoria jest bardzo blisko centrum i trasy dojazdowej. Parę kroków od Rynku. Gdzie są miejsca do zwiedzania. Ma bardzo duży wygodny parking. Jak kto potrzebuje i w cieniu i w słońcu. Bezpiecznie. Sam obiekt naprawdę działa na 100%. Dostępność sal umożliwia organizowanie imprez na miejscu. Całkiem dobra restauracja. Dobre śniadania. Super obsługa. Panie na recepcji zawsze pomocne i bardzo miłe. Nie było życzenia, którego nie dałoby się spełnić 😁. Nawet szybka zmiana pokoju wchodziła w grę 🫶🏻 Sam pokój dobrze urządzony. Super łazienka!!! Wygoda na 100 punktów w skali do 10. Łóżka wygodne. W pokoju czajnik. I inne udogodnienia. Przedłużyliśmy pobyt, bo było warto.

Cons: W samym obiekcie. Nie było rzeczy, które nie byłyby ok. Był gorący weekend więc było gorąco. Obok budują trasę więc było czasem hałaśliwie. Ale to nie są wady obiektu.

Pros: Parking, czysty pokój, spora łazienka, wygodne łóżko

Cons: Brak klimatyzacji, skromne śniadania
