Very comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Pros: We arrived at about midnight on Christmas Day and were met by a cheerful receptionist who spoke perfect English. A great start. She 8was so helpful and checked us in quickly and booked us a taxi for the next morning to the Parkrun. Our rooms were enormous and the bathrooms were a good size. Didn't experience breakfast as we were off early but it looked good. Overall a very nice stay.

Cons: Honestly there was not anything that was bad. Maybe tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be good, but it's not a complaint.

Brilliant hotel. Kind staff. Super comfortable beds

Pros: Such a great base for exploring the region. If you don’t want to spend your whole vacation in Krakow city centre then this is the place for you. Nice big rooms, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and close to Auswitz, salt mines, zakopane and only a 25 minute (on the fast train) ride into the centre of krakow.

Cons: Nothing. We loved it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I have had a very good stay in this hotel.

Pros: I wish the room have a kettle, tea bags, etc Remote control need to be upgraded in my opinion.

Cons: I would like make my owcup of tea or coffee in room. There's a restaurant but I don't want spending money for it. Ironing board and iron will be as well great

It was a nice and pleasant stay and if I would travel to the region again I would probably return.

Pros: I liked the friendly staff, the nice dinner we had in the restaurant and the newly renovated bathroom. The WiFi speed was excellent. There was a (free) private parking provided.

Cons: The room was very clean but the style was a little „outdated“. Especially the dark brown interior and the old school carpet. I had a double room with two separate beds which were a little „slim“ for a full size person.
