Pros: Comfy bed, tasty breakfast, good location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Would be 10/10 if there were a fridge and a locker in the room

Pleasant stay

Pros: The evening meal was fantastic. The pizza and the salad.tasty, and the Tiramasiu was the best ever. I had a special request in which the staff went out their way to sort it. They were very helpful. Excellent location

Cons: Breakfast didn't meet my expectations, which was basic. Some tailoring is needed in the menu for international visitors. The shower cubicle is very small.

Pros: We are there for secind time. Our four people room was very good, we have double bed, kids have two beds. Good breakfest. First morning there where misunderstanding about language (where speaking only in polish) but all good. Second morning to us in english already speaks. Very kind personal and always with smile👌

Cons: The lake isn’t in our room view( maybe there about the threes is there a lake but didnt see it), but all good. Thank you!

Pros: Honestly the lady who helped us was the best. We could not communicate but she was trying her best to help us. She was nice and she gave us ride with her car. If I would go back to this hotel it will be because of her not because I like the hotel.

Pros: + nice, spacious and cozy rooms, adequately furnished + lake view + calm environment in the nature + tasty breakfasts + walkable distance from Energylandia (2 km) and the centre of the town of Zator (1,3 km) + kind personnel + possibility to arrive even after the official check-in hours (after 23:00)

Cons: Frogs “sang” too loud. The staff didn’t speak English.

Pros: It's was ~ 20 min walk to Energylandia, quiet place with nice breakfast, location and staff members. Great pizza!

Cons: Room where we stayed did not have A/C. It was hard to sleep, because it was really hot outside and also in the room. We slept with window open, but still it was too hot. We had a fan in our room, but it didn't do much.
