Would definitely book again

Pros: Excellent location, bedrooms were lovely. Easy check in details.

Cons: Could have done with a few extra towels , 1 towel for 3 nights wasn’t enough.

Pros: So clean, comfortable and near the old town square

Beautiful apartment with a central location

Pros: The location was super, just next to the old town square, with great access to the Jewish quarter, castle, riverside etc. The apartment was well furnished with huge original windows and doors - stylishly maintained. Gave the impression of an old parisian apartment. Spacious and comfortable.

Cons: No air con, although a fan was provided, perhaps would benefit from additional fans to accommodate every room. We visited in the summer, with temps hitting high 20's so it was very warm. The catering facilities were limited, not that we used many of them as it was very reasonable to eat out. However, for groups or families planning to self cater, be aware that items are scarce. The lights are activated automatically, so when visiting the bathroom during the night, all the lights switch on. The panels in the bedrooms mean that everyone is alerted to the light, so not great for light sleepers - take a sleeping mask! Lastly, the 3rd bedroom is fashioned from part of the living space, so no natural light and those sleeping in the room were subject to the general noise of the shared living space. Having said all of this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was good, and access arrangements went smoothly 👍

Excellent base to explore Krakow

Pros: Very pleasant apartment: nice and central, but not noisy. Very comfortable, in good condition and well furnished, excellent place to stay.

Cons: Cooking facilities were quite limited. That's it- everything else was spot on.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, great location, handy shop and great bakery down below

Cons: It would have been nice to have some shower gel and tea towels.

A lovely stay in the apartment, very quiet as overlooked a courtyard so away from the main street.

Pros: A modern, spacious and clean apartment with a good location close to the Old Town square.

Pros: The location was amazing so central. It was a spacious apartment with good sized bedrooms and modern bathrooms

Cons: More towels! We also booked for 3 adults but the third bedroom wasn’t properly made up

Perfect stay in beautiful City of Krakow

Pros: Accommodation was perfect for 5 of us. 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, close to main Old Town. Beds very comfortable. Apartment very clean.

Cons: Didn't really not like anything - a tea towel would have been handy and would have liked a toaster.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for a group of 5 people. The location is perfect with walking distance for all of the major sightseeing.

Cons: We went on December and the apartment was a little bit cold. The heating wasn't work properly in the living room.... But when we informed about it they bought a new heater and brought it to us.

Great location, comfortable stay.

Pros: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms! Living room area to sit and be comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Great location.

Cons: Unable to turn off sensor lights on hallway and doors have transparent glass so woken many times from sensor lights. Even moving my feet whilst sleeping would trigger them. Not terrible but if you are a light sleeper like me bring an eye mask.
