Amazing stay, very accommodating and amazing location. Highly recommend.

Pros: Location, immaculate condition, great communication from the owner

Cons: Lacking in some amenities like towels, tea towels, extra bedding. But this didn’t affect our day.

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to the Old Town, local shops and restaurants just around the corner, property was very clean, fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, very quick self check in and check out. We have left the AirPods by accident, notified the owner, and it was returned to us by post- very grateful for that. I can highly recommend this property :)

Cons: Liked everything; however, just as a suggestion, a bottle of water in the property would have been handy.

Pros: We had everything for a 5-day stay. The location is great - easy to get to the main square, lots of restaurants and cafes, shops and a lot of public transport stops around. Although it was at a lively location, there was no noise coming from the outside.

Great location, beautiful apartment

Pros: The location of the apartment was wonderful and it was very easy to follow the instructions to enter. The apartment itself is beautiful. We could walk most places and the tram stop was super close, there were plenty of places to eat and convenience stores (and a delicious bakery downstairs).

Cons: One set of windows in the second bedroom and the main room were broken so there was only single glazing. I was also disappointed to find that the second bedroom had not been made up and we couldn't find any sheets, so had to sleep in the unmade duvets and pillows.

Pros: We accidentally left our iPad in the room, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive in arranging its return all the way back to the UK. We were very grateful for their assistance.

Pros: Great location and had everything we needed for our short stay in Krakow. The apartment was beautifully designed and very comfortable — though a bit more storage furniture for guests would be helpful. The staff were especially attentive and kind; we accidentally left a necklace behind, and they went out of their way to organize its return. Really appreciated the hospitality!

Really lovely apartment in great location

Pros: The apartment was really clean and comfortable. We went as a group of 3 and were more than happy with the amount of space we each had. The bathroom is a little small as other reviews have mentioned but not a problem at all. The location is great, 5 ish minute walk into the main square. We were very impressed with how quiet the apartment was. We left at 5am one morning for an excursion and there were still loads of people making noise in the street but you couldn't hear a thing inside. There was a little bit of noise from apartment 2 when coming / going in the shared hall, but other than that, silence. It was also very warm, which we were grateful for as it was 1 degree outside.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didnt like, the only thing I can say is that I slept on the sofa bed and although comfortable for a couple of nights, I think I would have needed a mattress topper to be comfortable on it for a full week. The 2 beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable.
