Pros: Location, cozy apartment fit our travelling needs.

Cons: Could have more specific guidelines at the start when checking in for a matter raised. Otherwise all good.

Nice location close to city and nice restaurants, comfort could be improved

Pros: We liked the location close to restaurants and the river. Also we appreciated the easy check in process after a long ride.

Cons: Bed was little too small and the rooms was quite hot in the summer, we missed an airco for more comfort.

Comfort near city center

Pros: Location was just perfect. Comfort and clean. Nothing bad about the apartment itself.

Cons: Parking. At first day we were lucky to get the parking just in front of the building, but all the time we were wondring if we will find any spot nearby when coming back. It's not the issue of the apartment, but the one to keep in mind. Parking does not cost much, but you could not find any nearby parking spots.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Pros: Very modern apartment and they’d provided so many extras that I’d not had in other apartment stays. Dish washer tablets, washing powder, washing up liquid. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Easy key access system. Lovely quiet location with shops and restaurants just around the corner. 5 min walk to Jewish quarter and 30min walk to old town.

Modern apartment & good location for both ghetto, Kazimierz and the Old Town.

Pros: Modern apartment with wood laminate flooring, comfy beds and a small balcony in the old ghetto. An easy walk over the river or catch the nearby tram to the old town. We were pleasantly surprised & would definitely stay again. Instructions for collection and deposit of keys perfectly clear.

Cons: The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working but not a big problem.

Pros: Bardzo miła obsługa, świetny kontakt. Apartament został nam udostępniony 2 godziny wcześniej w zasadzie z inicjatywy obsługi, bo nawet o to nie prosiliśmy, ale było to dla nas akurat bardzo wygodne. Dziękujemy 😃

Pros: It was an excellent experience, starting from letting us check in early, the super cleanliness of everything, having everything we need in the apartment, to the smooth check in, highly recommended.

Cons: It is not a big deal but no A/C for those who can’t live without it
