Perfect location but..

Pros: It's perfectly situated! Just fine for 3 adults. The staff were very responsive and willing to help if anything needed to be fixed in the flat.

Cons: Because of its inner corner position, the flat is super dark inside. All the essential amenities were provided, but they seemed worn and could benefit from more regular maintenance. Be aware that the lamps hang quite low, making it easy to bump into them.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. And the host was so nice, I kept asking them questions which are already in the file at the room which I didn't see for some time. The balcony was a great luxury, ac was great, kitchen was a delight.

Cons: The lamp on the coach was a hazard even for a short person like me:) I kept hitting my head to it, sth to think about. Also an extention cable to the coach would be great, couldnt check my phone when it is on charge. Not big problems at all, just suggettions.

Pros: A cozy, clean and warm apartment situated next to Vistula. The host gave us clear instructions to get the keys, the apartment has everything you may need. Excellent location, across the river is Kazimierz, lots of good restaurants in the area. Also public transportation if needed. Second time been here, always satisfied. We’ll be back next trip in Krakow.

Cons: Everything was excellent, no complaints!

Great stay in a quiet central location

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartments (we booked three of them for our large group), great communication, great location for sightseeing. When we had a small problem - we noticed a bird being stuck on the floor above us and struggling, we let our hosts know and they fixed it immediately with the building administrators. It might be a small thing but for us it meant a lot and we appreciated the quick action. We enjoyed our time and would book again without hesitation.

Comfort next to the heart of Krakow

Pros: A cozy and modern apartment located next to the Father Bernatek’s Bridge. A comfortable and quiet place, clean, well heated (we were there in a snowy December). Easy to access, the instructions sent by the owner were very clear. Good restaurants in the area in Kazimierz, just over the bridge, lots of possibilities to eat. The apartment has everything you need may need: washing machine, dishwasher , coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle. Bed was very comfortable, as I said it was very quiet . Overall an excellent experience and considering the comfort and the location, a place to come back.

Very good, this apartment met all expectations

Pros: Great location, access to a lovely rooftop terrace. Bathtub and all amenities for staying - kitchen, dishwasher, TV, board games.

Cons: The handle in the bathroom was a little broken. There was no shoehorn. The balcony was dirty, a bit noisy from the street

Pros: The apartment was nice,clean, the place is good. We ordered garage but never used it, as street parking in front of the house was comfortable and free from 20.00 to 10.00

Cons: We didn't get any shower gel or shampoo.
