Rainbow Apartments Old Town

Pros: Location was great. We visited lots of Krakow and this was perfect for tours and restaurants. On the whole, when we contacted owners, they were helpful. (We requested early check-in but due to delays at airport it wasn't needed, however they were very accommodating.) The room was well equipped- hair dryer, tea, coffee (but no milk - a British thing, i appreciate) washing machine. None of which we needed to use but would have been useful had we needed.

Cons: Despite suggesting the rooms were sound proof, our room was definitely NOT sound proof. Although this didn't bother us, it may bother other people. On booking, it suggested we could have breakfast but we didn't find the breakfast place. It also suggested on Booking.com that they would book us a taxi back to airport but when we requested this, they told us to book an Uber! All very minor things. Overall, a great place to stop and I would use again but understand that others may be disappointed that criteria is not as stated. .

Pros: Perfect location, very clean, modern, beautiful apartment.

Cons: I would love to have a window to look outside

Great location, door code an issue when drunk

Pros: Central location just off the square, easy to find , facilities where great we even use the tumble dryer that was there. We also had a hot drinks machine provided in the communal area. Staff where on the end of the phone when needed an at first they where needed so we could get in room with the code.

Cons: Was hard to get in to room , might of been is but we didn't relise we had to miss the 0 off our phone number for part of the door code at the very start of the trip. So not the easiest to get in to when your 10 pints in 😬

Best location and super clean.

Pros: we comunicate with the owner. we left the luggage in the flat before the check in. it was very kind of them.

Cons: to find the flat its not that easy. the location is amazing. maybe to put more signs outside the hallway. and a big number 24 so everyone can see. and the bathroom its not in the same room. you have to go out from the room. the bathroom is near the kitchen, diferent room.

A very good place to stay in central Krakow

Pros: It is extremely central minutes away from main square. Good facilities including laundry, kitchen. Staff were really helpful and did their out most to accommodate us.

Pros: The property was extremely clean and in an ideal location for walking into the old town. Would recommend for a weekend break and would stay again.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Great location, directly in the center of Krakow. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Fabulous stay in central Krakow

Pros: Fabulous location just off the main square. Clean, comfortable & well equipped.

Pros: Room was modern, comfy and had what we needed for our stay. The location was perfect.

Great property in midst of old town

Pros: Great location. Great property. Exactly as shown in pics. Neat and tidy.

Cons: Only suggestion will be to perhaps change pillows, they were deformed leading to bit of neck pain in the morning. But otherwise, no other complaints. Its a great property
