It was good value for the money with good location

Pros: The location was great. Both apartments were very interesting

Cons: Cleaning could be better. Dust and garbage under the loft bed

Pros: The location was fantastic as was the apartment. The apartment had a homely feeling to it, furnished with antique furniture. The staff were very obliging.

Pros: LOCATION: In the heart of the old town, excellent location. You have a shop right downstairs and a coffe shop and restaurant across the street. Comes in handy for breakfast, lunch and dinner. LOOK & FEEL: The room looks like in the pictures. Though not quite an apartement. It's one room that includes the kitchinette. But comfortable, equipped with basic stuff for making a tea or coffee. TEMPERATURE: The room was warm, the alwater was hot and had good pressure. CLEANLINESS: the room was clean. SPACE: the room was spacious, with a lots of space to store luggage and to move around. NOISE: the windows close quite well and you cannot hear the noise coming from the street. BED: linen was clean and good fabric. The bed was comfortable. BATH AMENITIES: only some hand gel. No other hygiene products. LUGGAGE STORAGE: you can leave your luggage at the check in office, for free.

Cons: The walls are a bit scratched out and there are coffee stains quite up on the wall. In the shower there is not shelf to put shower gel and other bath products, so you need to put them on the shower bottom. KEYS: you have to get the keys from a location 10 minutes away. But, if you enjoy a nice walk through the old town, it shouldn't be a problem. Wenalso kinda enjoyed the quest for entering the room.

Felt like royalty!

Pros: Beautiful, princess-like place! Great location, just a 10-minute walk from the reception. The apartment is on the first floor with easy access through the gates. There’s a microwave, electric kettle, iron, and hair dryer, electric extension cord, which I found super useful. Highly recommended!

Great location, nice apartment

Pros: The location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. The sofa was broken and even though it was reported they didn’t do anything to rectify the situation.

Pros: Very nice, you can really relax. Great location, old fashion room is exactly how much should be.

Cons: Dust, dust and dust!!! Everywhere dust, mirror in bath, steps ladder to room, every lamp, under every bed... And many more

Beautiful apartment in great location

Pros: Excellent location, absolutely beautiful apartment in a safe, secure and well lit complex. Very clean and comfortable and brilliant value for money. Will definitely recommend to friends

Cons: A couple of small points, picking the keys up from the office was confusing and time wasting as we couldn’t find the office and neither could the uber driver. Would be more useful if a key pad was on the main door of the apartment, the same as the entry pad. Also after a long day of travelling a few tea bags or sachets of coffee and a small milk in the fridge would go a long way. Also no toilet roll provided, unsure if this was an oversight by the cleaners, we grabbed some from downstairs in the shop.

Great, would stay here again.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good value for money, nice and warm during winter time.

Cons: Handsoap bottle was nearly empty, bed not the most confortable but not terrible either.

Krakow apartment

Pros: Great location easy walking into centre.. Clean pleasant apartment. For our purpose.. Perfect

Recommended, we had a great stay!

Pros: There were some minor adjustments to be made in the apartment (new light bulbs, etc.)- it was done immidiately and without any problem. Reception desk was really helpful all the way.

Cons: Sound isolation between the apartments could be better. You could hear everything from another apartment's bathroom and water installation.
