Pros: Thank you for using the apartment. The apartment is very cozy, in a great location. Clean and warm. I highly recommend it because we will definitely use it again. On a scale of 1 to 10, definitely a 10.

Perfect!

Pros: Perfect location, clean space and towels, a big room with impressive lighting, really nice bathroom.

Cons: There could be a shampoo in the shower.

Pros: 1) Excellent location very close to the old towm and to a (paid) gated garage 2) Very clean place and very nice building 3) Very good and detailed directions on how to get in. Easy to check-in upon following the directions. 4) Well-furnished and nicely-decorated place

Cons: 1) We were traveling as a family of four and we had it as such upon the reservation. We would have expected the second sofa bed to be ready upon arrival and not be us to prepare it (open sofa, put beddings etc). 2) I would have expected the directions for getting-in to be sent the day before or, at least, very early at the date of arrival and not be the guests to ask for them. They were sent to us at noon the day of arrival upon our request. Both items can be easily fixed from the host to make the experience of the guest even better.

Pros: The flat is comfortable and clean, it had all I needed. The location between the Old Town and the Jewish district is good.

Cons: You cannot adjust the heating yourself, someone has to come to adjust it for you. I arrived late, so on the first night I didn't sleep well because of the heat. Pillows could be more comfortable, they are too thin. The shower could have something on the wall to put shampoo, soap etc. If you plan to use the Central Train Station many times, this is probably not the best location for you.

Pros: The location is the best. The apartment is very comfortable and practical. A wonderful combination of old and new.

Pros: We were 4 friends who shared this apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. it's a small and perfect for couples but not for a group of friends. .

Beautiful and has everything you need!

Pros: The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished with all we needed. Everything worked perfectly and it was incredibly clean from top to bottom. The host, Róża, was very quick to answer us and genuinely kind and accomodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will surely be back if we ever find ourselves in Kraków again! Thank you very much!

Cons: The only small thing we didn't much appreciate was the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom, because unfortunately the single glass screen was not enough to keep the water from spraying almost everywhere. It was a little inconvenient but for sure not a deal breaker, we still loved the apartment!

Pros: It was a really comfy place to stay for a night to enjoy Krakow.

Pros: Pobyt był bardzo udany. Mieszkanie jest komfortowe, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Lokalizacja to bardzo duzy atut wszędzie blisko, a okolica spokojna i przyjemna. Kontakt z gospodarzem na najwyższym poziomie, szybkie odpowiedzi na każdą wiadomość i pełne zaangażowanie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament i chętnie wrócę 😌
