Would come back and stay here again. The location is perfect . 10 min walk to main square

Pros: Great location, in the city center; very beautiful and nicely kept building with high ceilings, cleanl and warm apartments Instructions on how to get into apartments were comprehensive - easy access Wifi was good

Cons: The smell of chlorine was really intense, I mean, impossible (we could be sure that all was desinfected, though 😅) We didn’t have a chance to drink morning coffee, as capsules were not available The bed was nice, but too soft - not for those who have back issues

Elegant, modern apartment in the city centre

Pros: The location was great. The apartment is equipped with modern, elegant furniture. The bed was very comfortable. While the kitchen, including a fridge and a coffee machine, was located outside of the room, we did not encounter any problems. The staff was very friendly.

Pros: The hotel is located close to the center, the room was clean, we were able to leave our luggage after check out.

Cons: Noise from the tram, but with the window closed it was less audible.

Pros: It is in the heart of the city. Everything is very close. Threre are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very very helpful not just with me but every guest. There was immediate reaction for a little problem with the chek in. It was extremely clean. I am not even kidding I am impressed.

Cons: I won't say I did not like it but a little bin in the room will be great addition. Now there is a big bin in the bathroom. A little fridge will also be great. There is shared fridge in the common part I think, but I do not like that everybody can touch my stuff. That is just my preference and not a con. Everything else was absolutely great. For me it is not problem at all, but the building is next to a busy street and it can bother some lights sleeper. They provide ear plugs though.

I would not hesitate to book Imagine Apartments again if I found myself travelling back to Krakow.

Pros: The bathroom was excellent. The location was great for what we needed it for. Also, having AC in the room was a great help due to the weather being very hot.

Cons: There weren't any issues at all regarding the property.

Pros: everything is good and the apartment is in a good location, not too crowded and noisy, yet very easy to get to the old town

Cons: the room is a bit small if you have a lot of luggages
