Smart Old Town Apartment

Close to the train station

Pros: Nice and clean apartment within a short walk from the train station. All we needed for our short stay was included. Loved the wooden stairs leading to the apartment. Easy check in with a few entry codes.

Cons: Amazing transport links, but the surrounding area can be a bit challenging.

Pros: Would definitely recommend, location right beside train station and very nig shopping centre but also tight beside old town area. Great apartment, exactly like in the pictures or perhaps even better in real life. Nice to have basics provides such as tea, coffee(regular and instant) sugar, salt and pepper. The instructions how to get to the apartment are sent exactly at the start of check in time 3pm rather than within 24hours ahead of time. We arrived 10minutes earlier and I was bit worried that I didn't receive anything so I called very professional and friendly receptionist and she assured me they will be sent through booking.com That they there were busy with cleaning so I had to wait that 10minutes to allow cleaner finish her job but 3.03pm and I had the message. When we walked into the apartment it smelled great and we could see the floor just dried from being mopped.

Cons: There was no mention apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift. I had back problem and thankfully I wasn't staying there alone, otherwise I would risk injuring my back more trying to get my small suitcase upstairs.

Pros: The apartment is spotless and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location right across from the train station is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The only minor downside is the sofa at the entrance, which could use a refresh, but overall it didn’t affect our great impression of the place.

Cons: limited lighting in the stairwell (not every floor has lights), and the door lock, which sometimes needed a couple of tries to open

Pros: The location is excellent, everything you need is nearby. Large shopping center, tourist locations, Old Town. The apartment is spacious and warm, everything you need is in the room, hot water, adjustable radiators. We were comfortable. There is paid parking near the house.

Cons: A small nuance - there is no carpet and it is cool without slippers.

Pros: There was some wear and tear on some furniture and towels. But the price/location ratio is excellent.

Pros: In the centre, next to all shops and communication means, self check in, comfy bed. Friendly price as well.

Cons: You could add hotel soap bars or shower gel samples.

Pros: Perfect place right in front on the central train station. Self check in was very easy.

Pleasant surprise

Pros: -bright and spacious - very clean and comfortable -the kitchen has everything you might need - located just across the train station, there’s a grocery store and restaurants on the same street -we stayed just 1 night due to early flight but will stay again in the future

Cons: -can be bit loud but it is to be expected due to the location - located on the second floor without elevator so it’s quite difficult to get to if you have a lot of luggage or small children

Pros: Отличное расположение прямо у вокзала и ТЦ, но при этом тихо. Рядом Старый город. Хорошие аппарты на несколько ночей. Удобно расположиться семье из 4-5 чел. Теплая квартира, подогрев полов местами. Все необходимое есть. Чай-кофе в наличии. Вид на Краковскую галерею.

Cons: Не было шампуня-геля для душа, стирального порошка/капсул. Некоторые полотенца пахнут хлоркой, лучше их хаменить.

Pros: Чудове місце розташування. Сервіс на вищому рівні.
