Charming Apartment

Pros: Great place! I usually hate staying in hotels or somewhere where isn’t my home. But here it doesn’t feel like a hotel room-it feels like a home! Very clean, very cozy and warm! Only 10 mins away from everything you need! I am really happy I cancelled my two other reservations and ended up here! Absolutely loved it 🥰

Pros: The apartment was exactly as the photos suggested it would be and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Cons: I didn't fully enjoy the bed as the mattress was too soft for me, but that's solely a personal preference. The temperature in the room was a bit too low for our taste and therefore it was little cold even though there was central heating.

We had an amazing stay here, absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Pros: The apartments were in great condition, and were perfectly clean on our arrival. Access to the apartments was simple, and there were many communication methods with the hosts. The location was also ideal, a couple minutes walk and you are in the centre of the old town!

Cons: The only thing was the curtains were quite thin and see through, so didn’t block out light.

Excellent location, loverly apartment.

Pros: Very spacious apartment, excellent location, within walking distance of the main square, castle. Opposite a tramline. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Lots of drawer and wardrobe space, with an ironing board and iron. Bathroom clean, shower pressure excellent. Tv in the bedroom which had a preloaded Netflix app.

Cons: We advised the staff that the shower was broken, it holder was cracked and you had to hold the shower head to wash. And the internet did not work for the 5 day stay. We were advised to leave the key in the key holder and it would be sorted but it never was.

Pros: It was a lovely bright and specious apartment very close to the old town very easy to get checked in as well definitely would recommend it ☺️

Top Notch Location!

Pros: The location was fantastic, close to the old town and the castle! The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: The bed was a bit soft, but still comfortable

Lovely apartment

Pros: A lovely apartment in an excellent location. A 5 minute easy stroll to the main square through a pretty park. It was also close to the meeting places for our tour arrangements and an easy walk to the river. Comfortable bed, great shower - we had an initial problem with the shower, but this was resolved.

Cons: Mostly perfect. A toaster would have been nice, and the towels could do with replacement.

Plenty enough for a short 3-4 day stay.

Pros: The apartment, in general, was absolutely fine. It had everything we needed. Everything worked. The shower was strong and plenty of hot water, the kitchenette was fully equipped, and the host quickly assisted (via sms) re: help with dishwasher. The apartment was stocked with soaps, cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc. The heating was on and apartment warm. The sofa bed was firm, the TV had YT and Netflix for those few moments resting in the apartment. It was big enough for 2 and location was great - only 5 mins walk from old town and Wawel and 15 from Jewish Qtr. The new rail station was less than 10mins walk away for an easy, pleasant and cheap train ride directly to Wieliczka Salt Mine Museum. (Rynek)

Cons: The only major problem was the double bed - it is just too soft. After trying (1 night) I had to relocate to the sofa and sleep there for the remainder as the sofa was much firmer. Instead of using the frying pan to toast bread, a small electric toaster would have been much better for preparing toast. The apartment could use a little maintenance to get it back to how it probably was, so just small bits here and there e.g. repair the few hooks which were not fixed properly in the wall, to touch-up the paint over the bed (chipped), to paint over the scuff marks near the shoe rack and on most corners, to repair the corner pieces on the floor skirting which were missing. This is not major stuff, just the very small details. Maybe we were unlucky because around 6am and 9.30pm the \

Great cozy place in center (but quiet)

Pros: It was very central but still quiet because the windows going to the backyard - really nice internal balcony corridor - comfortable self check in - well equipted apartment - newly renowated - modern - very clean - big pressure from water in the shower
