Pros: It was a nice size, clean and comfy. There was lots of natural light and I loved the massive window.
Cons: I wish there was a few more things such as slat pepper and oil for cooking but that is my only complaint. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped

Pros: Clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need—dishes, toiletries, tea and coffee. The location is great, two minutes from the tram stop and 15 minutes from the city center.
Cons: The WiFi was poor. But the owner quickly responded and offered a different network, which was much better.

Cosy modern flat
Pros: Prompt, clear and welcoming communication. Very good amenities. Quiet neighborhood, convenience shops nearby. Easy parking.

Great room and host, would certainly recommend.
Pros: All in all we had a great stay. The room was clean and modern. The location is really close to a bus and tram station and within walking distance of several stores, mostly supermarkets. The room includes a kitchenette and washing machine. There's a clothing horse in the closet, as well as an ironing board and iron. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Upstairs also works with Krakow Direct for tours of Auschwitz and the salt mine. We took the Auschwitz tour, partly because the Auschwitz website is quite confusing and the commucation with their office is equally so. The tour was offered for about 300 zloty (around 75 euro) per person. We ended up paying nearly 900 zloty for the both of us in the end.
Cons: There was some noise from the building throughout the day and evening, but nothing too bad.

Excellent stay and a great option for couples
Pros: We really loved the property's unique set up - on top of the building with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs and with a view of the castle in a distance. We also especially appreciated providing comfort facilities within the property. As it's summer time and it was hot outside, having the air con and an additional fan inside was truly a game changer for both of us. Elevator and a washing machine with a tumble dryer was also a great extra! We loved the walking distance to the centre too, as you can walk by the river and passing by the castle, which made it very enjoyable. We loved the area, there are some really nice restaurants nearby, and a vegetable and fruit mini market too, there are shops nearby, a chemist only 5 minutes away, a cafe and a bakery too. There are also bus and tram stops minutes away, which took us right to the centre (Galeria krakowska, station). There was even a bus going right to the airport too. The area was also very peaceful.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, but we both felt the place can be improved in a way that would make it even more unique and especially inviting for couples. Therefore we do have few suggestions for hosts: - consider adding climbing plants, or any bushy plants in the front of the terrace. We felt this would provide more privacy. - consider adding more bed options such as: bigger pillows, blanket - consider adding a microwave, even a small one, to the kitchen (I appreciate the space was quite small, but maybe adding a shelf for a microwave would be a solution?) - consider repainting the apartment - as the paint in the bathroom is coming off and the walls in the room, especially next to bed, are in need of refreshing - we already suggested it to you - having a second hammock on the terrace would be a great bonus! ☺️ Again, this is not any sort of dislike message, we loved the apartment, this is just some ideas for how to make it even more unique and more comfortable. Pros: Excellent location. Excellent room. The only thing missing where a few amenities like maybe a light by the bed, an extra mirror in the room and maybe a hanger for coats etc. The tv also was not working properly but this is not a big issue. Overall Excellent stay and we would definitely book this room again!

Pros: The location is close to the city centre. It’s easy to take a walk or use the civil transport to enjoy the beautiful views. The apartment isn’t large and cozy, I think it’s a good option for travellers. Also, I would like to mention a responsive service support. Thank you a lot for helpful and kind support ❤️

Enjoyable stay
Pros: Very cozy apartment, all the necessities were included, the location was decent, we really enjoyed staying here :)
Cons: There was no air conditioner or at least a fan, which made it very difficult during hot days. Also, in the shower on the ceiling there was a bit of mold. Finally, no air freshener in the toilet. Besides all of that, it is still worthy staying here.
