Ice Apartments

Very easy communication, good location and nice place for a short stay.

Pros: The place has everything one needs for a short stay for work. The access is by codes and it is all very easy. It is clean. The location was good for my trip. There is a tram to the centre just across the street. It is up to 30 minutes walk to the centre.

Cons: All was fine.

Pros: We arrived to find 6 breakfast packs outside our door the had been sitting in the heat .Food was inedible but we enjoyed the orange juice.The apartment was compact but well equiped and suited our needs.Bed was a bit hard.The rooftop terrace was an added bonus Lovely to sit and enjoy the view while having a coffee.Great location close to trams buses and supermarket.Would certain stay there again.Thanks Cracow Travel for a great stay.Maybe the croissant option would be better for breakfast.

Cons: The smelly salami egg and wilted salad that had been sitting in the warm foyer in the sun .

Pros: The place and the rooms seemed to be new and clean. Breakfast was quite good, but it would have been nice to know, if it was possible to choose a different breakfast for the following mornings. Door codes worked perfectly.

Cons: We stayed for three nights. There was only one little instant coffee sachet each and we did not get more even though we asked (text mail). We also had to regulate a little the use of toilet paper. Does the cleaning person not know, how many nights the following visitors are going to stay? The curtains were quite difficult to draw (very hot summer days).

Generally it was good but I would expect the place to be cleaner.

Pros: I really like the location and the quiet area. Access to local shops and market and river.

Cons: It was not very clean. Dust behind the sideboard. A bit dirty kitchen fronts. Shower was blocked and drainage was not working properly so it was a bit smelly sometimes.

Pros: Good location - a nice and quiet residential area, short and easy walk to the center and travel around. We had one issue with broken furniture and the host responded and replaced it immediately. The stay was nice, comfortable, and enjojable. I sincerily recommend the place.

Pros: Great location, easy check in, very good WiFi, decent bed and bathroom. Good value for money.

Cons: The apartment we got was really tiny. The kitchenette, was not really very usable. The window curtains kept falling off.

Comfortable stay for my parents

Pros: Perfect place for my parents to stay a couple of days. Excellent localization for our needs. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Place itself was probably the best of 8 or so I stayed at in cities in Europe BUT flaws

Pros: Location is very good. Spacious with separate bedroom. Close to the main station, old town. Shops, restaurants and bars all around. Nice big deck overlooking an entertainment area. As a smoker a deck is always good but could have had some chairs on it.

Cons: The review would have been very good but the first room I was given had a number of flaws. The aircon didn't work, the main TV didn't work, couldn't connect to wifi. The next day put into another room where the wifi would still not work. They said they would get someone to check it out but never did.

Pros: Super nocleg. Jest suszarka, mydło, ręczniki, płyta indukcyjna, wyposażenie kuchni na dwie osoby.

Cons: Brakuje wieszaka na płasz/kurtkę.
