It was a very good stay.

Pros: Specious and clean apartment. Fast communication with the host. Tram is 5 min walk, train station 10min walk. It felt safe too, well made door with a very good lock system. (Two actually)

Cons: The lack of wifi is a downside, and if you’re a big person the bathroom will be tight for you (as it is quite small)
