Appartement neuf, propre, et bien équipé

Pros: Appartement neuf et avec toutes les commodités possibles. On y est bien dès l'arrivée et la hauteur sous plafond ajoute au confort. La cuisine très fonctionnelle permet de cuisiner sans soucis et est bien équipée. A noter qu'au 10eme étage, la vue est impressionnante.

Cons: Local poubelle difficile à trouver et douche sans tapis de bain. Aussi, l'annonce parle du bâtiment B alors que l'appartement se trouve dans le bâtiment A.
