Pros: Beautiful apartment with excellent location between Stare Miasto and Kazimierz, next to Wawel castle. Wide variety of resraurants and coffee shops right at the front door. Office personnel is really nice and replies super quickly.

Cons: Apartment is located on 3rd floor without elevator. The view from apartment is limited to a not-so-nice courtyard.

Super stay.

Pros: Super apartment. Decorated to high standards. Very clean with plenty of storage everywhere. Quality furniture throughout. Excellent, safe quiet location just 1 or 2 minutes walk away from the main square passing many shops as you stroll up to it. Great communications leading up to our stay too. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again

Super Brill Apartment

Pros: It was a beautiful apartment very clean and comfortable super bathroom Had a nice little breeze if you left the windows open Nice and quite I thought it was a top class apartment and really enjoyed my stay there and was well worth the money Was well situated not far from the square

Cons: I could feel the springs on the mattress which was the only thing I could complain about It would be nice if you had some instructions on how to use the remote for the tv but when I text them somebody was there within the hr and it was something very simple if there was some instructions then there wouldn't of been a call out Also some instructions on how to use the taps to be able to get hot water as I struggled a little bit with the taps as in England ours is different It would also help to put that you have got a iron and ironing board in the listed amenities as some things you've got but are not mentioned it would of saved me bringing a travel iron

Beautiful apartment we will definitely book again.

Pros: Very spacious and modern. Very quiet despite being in the heart of Krakow. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Only downside was the outside area is very untidy and the 4 flights of stairs to get into the apartment. The apartment was however worth the climb best we have ever stayed in.

Brilliant

Pros: Incredible place, with all the amenities possible and ample storage space. The staff we spoke to were also super helpful, and allowed us to arrive before the stated earliest arrival time. Generally it had a modern feel, and was a great place to relax between activities - great value for money

Very spacious city centre flat

Pros: This is a very spacious flat in the very centre of Kraków. Check-in and access were extremely easy. The furnishings are all brand new. There are all of a dining table, a sofa and a desk, which is rare in a rental apartment.

Cons: The selection of kitchen implements is a bit random. A washing machine would be more useful than a dish washer. There is no access by private car.
