Excellent location and spacious accommodation with good exercise.

Pros: The apartment is very well located for access to Wawel Castle (5mins walk) and on into the Old City and also to public transport. It is very spacious and light (large skylight in the central room) and is equipped with good quality appliances - we particularly liked the bean-to-cup coffee machine. The breakfast at Cafe Frania at the bottom of the building is very good, particularly the porridge served with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Friendly and helpful staff at the cafe.

Cons: Not a dislike but there are 107 steps up to the top floor so be prepared - however, they are wooden, very wide and shallow in a very light and wide atrium stairwell in the 19th century style.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable overall with plenty of towels and bedding/pillows. Was perfect for our family. The second bedroom has a loft with an extra full bed so our teens could have separate beds/ spaces. The breakfast was really great!

Cons: A little noisy on the street, especially at night. It's on the 3rd floor with no lift. This wasn't a problem for us but could be if you have a lot of luggage. I wouldn't want to stay for a long time because there's no washing machine.

Cons: The plumbing in the shower (doesn’t drain very well). The climb up the stairs to get to the property - however kept us fit and good for the step count! 😊

Cons: It was difficult to find the right entrance to the house where the apartment was situated. I don't think the address at Booking.com was given correctly. The number of the house is 2. Anyway we got our key at the cafe without a problem but it took us a while to find the door.

Spacious, comfortable and stylish apartment in the heart of Krakow old town.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable, quiet, warm, stylish. Fantastic location and delicious breakfast in the adjoining Frania cafe each morning. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived early on the Monday and the apartment was ready early so we could begin our holiday. We ordered takeaway breakfast when we left early for trips and bag storage was included so we could enjoy our last day.

Cons: Nothing. It had everything we needed and was warm in the minus temperatures! Be mindful it is on the third floor with no lifts so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Pros: The location was great and very close to the castle and the old part of the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host responded quickly to requests.

Cons: The apartment was on the 4th floor with a winding staircase, which made it difficult with large suitcases.
