Great apartment in ideal locaiton

Pros: Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Ideal location with a 10 min walk to the Jewish quarter and about the same to the old town. It had all the amenities and was a really nice space, easy check in and out and nice and quiet.

Pros: These apartments are fantastic—ideally situated between the Old Town and Kazimierz. Despite the central location, the area is very quiet, and the inner courtyard is absolutely charming. Everything inside the apartment is brand new: the furniture, kitchenware, appliances, and linens are all in pristine condition. It’s clear the owners have put great care into ensuring a comfortable stay. A small suggestion for the hosts: Providing detergent, oil, and salt would be helpful. Also, faster response times would make the experience smoother. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Cons: Communication with the host was a major issue. Upon arrival, I had trouble entering and couldn’t reach anyone for help. There was no WhatsApp or instant messaging option, so I had to call (which was expensive for me), but no one answered. I also messaged through Booking.com and email, only to get a reply *the next day*—far too late to be useful. Later, when I wanted to extend my stay, the same problem happened: no way to reach them quickly, and by the time they responded (again, the next day), I had already booked elsewhere.

Pros: Appartement bien situé, petit mais fonctionnel, rideaux opaques présents pour atténuer la lumière si on souhaite dormir un peu plus tard le matin.

Cons: Dommage que le thé/café fourni ne soit pas adapté selon le nombre de jours réservé. Le sèche-cheveux n'est pas de très bonne qualité. Le parquet mais un peu de bruit si on marche vite mais cela n'est pas beaucoup dérangeant.

Świetny pobyt

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, dobre wyposażenie np. żelazko, dobra instrukcja zameldowania. Piękna kamienica, piękny ogródek wokół kamienicy. Byłoby super, gdyby było więcej kawki, ale to taki drobny szczegół.

Cons: Numer telefonu jest podany do grupy Renters a nie do jednej osoby, trzeba dzwonić na infolinię. Z pralki ciekła woda, nie używałam pralki. Wydaje mi się, że w pobliżu jest gniazdo szerszeni.
