Good stay

Pros: Good location, good communication with host. Clean and well functioning. Comfortable beds

Cons: Shower drain had some smell but was told it's typical of old plumbing in some buildings in the city.

Great

Pros: Everything was great throughout our stay. The apartment was very nice, clean and in a beautiful location, very close to the city center the Old Town, and the Kazimierz district. The staff was very helpful and friendly, with excellent communication in English. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only downside was a strange smell in the bathroom coming from the shower, similar to a drainage/sewage odor.

Pros: The room was super nice, with a lot of things to cook. The position was super nice and close to public transportation and easy to walk everywhere.

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very nice, cozy, and clean, and it had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the train station and on a an easy plesant walk to the city center. There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Krakow.

Cons: The only small downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the apartment.

Pros: Stunning property,very clean, great value for money and perfect location to be in the centre of everything. Staff were quick to respond and friendly

Cons: The only thing I would change is the mattresses . If your staying for one night you would let it slide however we were there for a number of nights and our backs were very sore and stiff after our stay. If mattresses were changed I would give this a 10/10 as everything else was perfect !

Perfect place for couples looking for the perfect break in Krakow

Pros: Really miden look and feel, comfortable bed, good quality finish and furniture. Spacious and all necessary home from home gadgets

Cons: The lights going out in the corridor if they didn’t sense movement. This was very annoying when trying to get keys in and out of the key safe.

All new, great location and super helpful staff! All necessary inside. Only tram near by is a little bit loud
