Pros: Spacious, group of 7 fit with no issues. Great location: Walking distance to city center, lots of facilities nearby. Street parking for a fee.

Cons: No noise insulation from street or rest of the building. Beds were OK but rooms could use some more equipment (clothes hangers, chairs, etc.) Not a deal-breaker.

Pros: Enough space for the family of six, very comfortable beds, spotless throughout, great location in the Old Town, within short walking distance to all attractions

Cons: Our apartment was on the 5th floor and there was no lift

Three nights in Krakow

Pros: The location is very good. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds were good.

Cons: The coffee maker would have been cherry on top. Only a water boiler was available. Really nothing bad to say.

All in all the accommodation was in a great location and very good for the price we paid

Pros: Very easy was giving the code for the main door and then the keys for the apartment, were in the lock box. The bedroom and living rooms are all very spacious with high ceilings. Also had a cute little balcony off the living room. Has internet but it was very slow so we ran the tv by using our hot spot

Cons: It was very cold one evening and we had no heating. All the radiators were switched off. They ask you to be quite between the hours of 10pm and 8am which we respected but on one the mornings my children were having a joke and running around the apartment and we were asked to be quite. But l would like to say this was around 11am so it wasn’t in the please be quite time. Shower leaked so we needed to put a towel on the floor so no one slipped. Kitchen had plenty of cups plates etc but no were to do toast for the little ones. Had a couple of saucepans but we alll ate out so it wasn’t a big deal.

Cons: Only 1 key per flat when it houses 11 and 7 people is difficult to work with. Second flat only had 1 room with 3 beds and double sofa. Not 2 rooms of 3 beds and double sofa

Pros: Great location. Perfect cleanliness. Clear check-in instructions. The key was in the box as instructed. For the entire duration of the stay, there was no need to contact the owner. I would have appreciated a bit more detergent and light. Special thanks for the tea, coffee, and sugar; they were a great help as we arrived late in the evening
