Fantastic apartments, great location.

Pros: Well located - less than 10 mins walk from Old Town and off a street with lots of food options for the evening. The apartments were comfortable, cosy, warm and well furnished. Plenty of extras provided including dental kits and slippers, as well as lots of teas and coffees.

Cons: N/A - everything was great.

Convenient, great value for money, clean and modern, would definitely stay again

Pros: Close to centre, easy to find, very clean and modern , staff helpful through WhatsApp

Cons: Balcony can become snowy and a little slippery when bad weather, also no mat to clean shoes so we did end up bringing in the snow to the apartment

Pros: The staff were very helpful for advise and placed to go and they attended to everything we needed fast. Communication was great through the whole stay and even before of how to find the apartment. We had a light out in the bathroom when we first got there which made it harder to see at night but I mentioned this and they came and changed it the same day whilst we were out of the apartment no trouble at all. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed for a short stay and was a great base for exploring krakow. Team was very responsive on messages and check in was really easy! Great value for money!

Cons: Looking back you could see this on the picture but our apartment only had a bath with a shower attachment, but you couldn’t stand up because of where the bath was placed in the room. Not a massive issue but I wish I’d of known before.

Cons: Uncomfortable layout. Almost felt like the bed should be on the other side of the room and then bedside tables would be a great addition. Also, little inconveniences like missing toilet roll holder or missing towel rack/holders in the bathroom; power sockets in odd locations
