It's close to the historic center, has shops nearby, and you can do everything on foot. PERFECT.
Pros: AMAZING!! The best place I've ever stayed!! The apartment is so beautiful!! Balcony, gorgeous bathroom, everything is new, quality furniture. PERFECT!! I could live in this apartment!!

Pros: This is an exceptionally clean and comfortable place to stay. It is equipped with modern appliances. It is spacious and is very cosy and warm. It has a powerful, walk in shower. Very central. 1 minute walk to supermarket and cafe and train station. 10 minute walk to main square. If I'm back in krakow I will stay here again.
Cons: I can find no fault with this accommodation.

Pros: Loved the style and interior of the apartment. The host was also so easy to communicate with and very understanding and accommodating. Added bonus was being able to leave our luggage securely on our last day after check out.
Cons: The temperature of the water for showering was not great at all...lukewarm at best. I think that may need looking at especially in this cold weather

Luxury-feel apartment near old town.
Pros: Luxury-feel apartment with high ceilings, on the first floor (no elevator). Easy self-check-in instructions. The apartment building is in a quiet side street. This apartment was facing the inner courtyard. And hardly any noise from outside is audible. Room darkening curtains (but not blackout). Plenty of closets for storage. Fast WiFi (500/250Mbps). Complimentary instant coffee, tea bags and 2 small bottles of water in the fridge. Laundry machine with detergent pods available. Dishwasher available (no dishwasher tabs). Response from host is prompt, in case of issues. Plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town square or Kazimierz (Jewish) neighborhood. Very close to a train station (Krakow Grzegorzski), with a train to the airport every half hour.
Cons: The mattress of the smallish double bed (140x200) can be on the soft side for some people. Sofabed in living room (only suitable for a single person) is a bit hard though. The heating system has a hard time to deliver sufficient warm water for the (rain)shower or washing up. Only by lowering the output volume of the water, it could reach the desired temperature (38-40 degrees). The issues with the missing bedsheet and the slight sewer smell in the bathroom (missing siphon cap in the drain) was resolved quickly though.

Pros: We really enjoyed the decorations of the room including the bathroom .The air conditioning was working perfectly for the cold temperature outside and the staff was replying immediately to the chat. We definitely would recommend this apartment for couples and it is close to the center,so our daily trips were easier.
Cons: Maybe not ideal for smokers.

BoB Elite - a great place to stay
Pros: Apartment size - very nice Apartment decor - impressive; bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all very nicely done Available appliances - oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A tumble dryer or a drying rack would be practical for longer stays. Netflix access was a bonus. Very convenient location, super close to a train station and walking distance from central Krakow shops/restaurants. Communication is super - very responsive, understanding and adaptive.
Cons: Availability of lift would have been awesome
