So close to perfect with some small changes

Pros: Good news modern flat with balcony. Value for money and short walk to town. I worked from there internet not an issue Balcony got sun in the evenings

Cons: They should have a microwave, oven or air fryer. Get rid of the coffee pot. Tea towel for the kitchen Also someone kept putting my key box to 0000 even though I scrambled after use. Bit weird as I could hear them doing it whilst I was inside

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, dobre rozplanowanie mieszkania mimo małej powierzchni. Dobre WiFi, kontakty przy łóżku, oświetlenie z przełącznikami w wielu miejscach. Dobry telewizor marki Samsung.

Cons: Brak mikrofalówki, brak małych ręczników, słabo wyciszone okna i ściany (w nocy słychać wszystkie odgłosy z zewnątrz i niektórych mieszkań obok). W moim przypadku kaloryfery na tym samym ustawieniu raz grzały a raz nie.

Pros: Гарні нові апартаменти, зі всім необхідним. Є стіл для роботи де можна попрацювати за ноутбуком.

Cons: На ключах не було магніту від підʼїзду, потрібно було постійно вводити пароль, і це потрібно робити на двох дверях, на рецепції і в самому підʼїзді - це не зручно.
