The combination of home warmth with luxurious life

Pros: It was great in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I didn't expect so much equipment in the room, I felt at home. It was great that the staff knew English and all the staff was helpful and friendly. We will visit again soon.

Pros: The decoration, lights, TV, and hydromassage were amazing. The privacy was excellent. Small details like the toothbrush, coffee, the ice machine, and even the elegant welcome card made the experience special. It’s an excellent hotel with a hydromassage bathtub, and I really hope to return on my next trip.

Cons: One screw was missing from the entrance door, and the water pressure in the kitchen was too high. I would also like two coffee capsules to make an espresso, since I’m Portuguese — it’s the only coffee we really like!

Pros: Walking distance to the old town, good tram links nearby. The jacuzzi bath after a long day walking around Kraków was very relaxing, huge TVs in the main room and bathroom, very comfy beds!
