Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, close to the center and the train station. Madga was very kind and helpful in letting us leave our luggage on the day of arrival and departure. Highly recommended!

Pros: Perfect location with parking possibiltiy in the middle of the city center.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment is beautiful in an excellent location, close to the bars and restaurants. I loved the decor, modern with a traditional feel. The entrance way with the staircase stained glass was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and with everything you needed for a few days stay. It felt like staying in a piece of history, we loved the apartment. There is a little bar a few doors down if you want a drink too but just a 5 minute walk to the main areas.

Cons: I find it hard to write this. The info prior to arrival was very good. We were delayed so didn't get to the apartment until 00.30. we followed instructions, gained entry to gate and outside door, no problem. However, we had difficulty with the inner apartment door, the code did not work. We reluctantly and apologetically advised we could not gain access. She was quite unhappy we were calling (not sure what choice we had) and was cross we had blocked the code by trying it 3 or 4 times. She gave us another code to try but it didn't work, she watched us enter it via WhatsApp. We eventually gained entry. We understand her annoyance with such a late night call. However, I manage property in the UK and have a rental abroad, it goes with the job. We are also used to dealing with key pads. Apart from that, it was a really pleasant stay and the host was helpful in every other way. We used the over ride code for the rest of the weekend with no issues. There are 4 codes and a key to gain entry to the property. It is very secure.

Fab location

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and a fantastic location with onsite backyard parking.

Pros: In the heart of the old town, with parking. Easy to access, could not think of a better place to stay. Little things that mattered, liked curtains and rollers to block the light.

Cons: The mattress was not to my liking

Pros: Perfect location in Krakow’s historic center The apartment is in a fantastic location — right in the heart of the old town, yet surprisingly quiet. It’s clean, spacious, tastefully furnished, and has a large free parking area in the courtyard, which is a huge bonus. The host was very communicative and helpful, and the place is perfect for exploring the city. The double bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi strong, and overall the apartment felt stylish and well maintained. Check-in and access are a bit tricky at first — so many codes! — but it all makes sense once you understand the logic of the instructions. If you arrive by car, don’t be alarmed when you have to drive into a street marked with a “no entry” sign — that’s actually the correct way to reach the property. Hopefully no ticket will follow 😊

Cons: No real negatives — everything was great! Just a couple of small suggestions: the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable (our two teenage sons barely fit), and a microwave and a kitchen towel would be nice additions.

Cons: Lots of codes to enter but that also means the place is very securw

Pros: Location as it is very close to the main market square, very clean and spacious with free parking.

Cons: Sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Pros: Amazing place. Great location with hardly any noise from the street. Enough room to park our car, clear instructions on how to get there. Getting in was with multiple number locks not the easiest but the instructions were very clear.
