Enjoyable, beautiful city, comfortable stay.

Pros: The reception desk was very close to the apartment so picking up keys was very easy. They let us check in early (when the reception opened) which was very much appreciated after an early flight. The location is very central and everywhere we wanted to visit was easy to get to on foot. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for 2 people.

Cons: The apartment didn't have an oven, this wasn't listed on the booking page and seems is fairly common however was something we feel we would have liked at times. The curtains dont close fully so we felt the light woke us up in the mornings which was unpleasant when trying to lie in.

Pros: Excellent location within minutes walk of Krakow Old Town. The property was spacious, modern, warm, clean and comfortable

Cons: The interior of the building needs renovating, but had no impact on the quality of the apartment itself

Fantastic apartment, great location, will be back.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, very comfortable, clean and great facilities. Bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was really comfortable as well. It is an ideal location.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: The apartment in Krakow was excellent: very well located, just a short walk from the main attractions, cozy and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It looked exactly like the photos, which gave us a lot of confidence. A highly recommended option to enjoy the city.

Really good stay! Price and location were huge positives.

Pros: Nicely appointed apartment. Location was excellent. Very spacious for 2 adults and one teen. Customer service was superb. For the price this was a great find. Thank you!

Cons: Classic coffee machine, pod machine preferred (don’t want to buy coffee, filters etc just for a cup of coffee, can at least take pods home). Very squeaky floors.
