Hetman Main Square Apartments

Amazing!

Pros: Extremely clean and hygienic. This was our top priority and the hotel exceeded expectations. Great location in the heart of Krakow, modern interior, and close to shops and attractions.

Perfect little apartment in centre of the Old Town

Pros: The location is perfect for short walks to the main square. The interior was comfy, warm and modern. It was very clean and provided us with a perfect place to rest after all the walking.

Cons: It can be a bit tricky to work out where exactly to go but all the instructions provided by the host were super helpful. We stayed in apartment 2 which was along an outside balcony and through separate doors, we had to ask the cleaner where to find it. We requested an earlier check in time as our flight got in pretty early in the morning, but it wasn't available.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean. It is very well located. It is close to everything. The bedding, bathroom, and entire apartment are of very high quality. Thank you, I will recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.

Good value for money

Pros: It was very secure you scan a qr code on the elevator and then get instructions for the code for the elevator then instructions for the code to get the keys outside your apartment door

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable as it was two single beds pushed together and I was falling in the gap and can be very noisy on weekends due to pub close

Pros: Property was clean, warm, quite, and easily accessible in a good location

Cons: An option for an early check in where possible would be handy but it does clearly state 3pm is the check in time

Excellent. Will be booking a trip back to Krakow just to stay here.

Pros: Clear and fast access instructions via email. Clean. Excellent location. Great bar across the street. Warm and cosy, but still super cool. Lockers pre and post stay was a great bonus.

Pros: Amazing location, lovely, clean apartment and the lift was great.

Pros: Such a good location. Very very central. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Good enough size. Lovely decor and lighting. Outside was also very pretty.

Cons: Only got 2 coffee pods for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Didn't see any staff to ask for more. That's the only complaint as everything else was good.

Great cozy apartment at Kraków’s rynek

Pros: Great and cozy apartment in the most central location to the main town square ( rynek) in Krakow

Cons: It gets very noisy in the evenings due to the proximity of bars. Also make sure to remember or note down the code to the outdoor elevator as you might get stuck outside.
